My main problem with a lot of new caoch is 50% of them are trying to improve and build new tactics which ended up in a failure in most of the cases and the other 50% are only ex players who they only manage human behavior i mean they are managing egos more than really coaching a team they put the exact same 4-4-2 formation or 4-3-3 and did make so much.

I like coaches that make good use of what they have available to do something fantastic, coaches like Iraola, De Zerbi, Fabregas and Gasperini, these are reliable coaches that can be trusted with teams that are midtable and expect a good result at the end, Roma is lucky to seize the opportunity when Atalanta lost him.

 Although Roma board now have to fully support Gasperini in this coming transfers since he's put them in a position to compete in a major competition, they'll have to upgrade the team so they can compete better, I trust Gasperini to know the quality of players that would suit his squad if they make the funds available.

Iraola, De Zerbi, Fabregas and Gasperini, all great coaches who make the most of what they have and also manage to achieve important results, this is what needs to be done to get the teams that haven't won in a long time to win again, even with the athletes they have at their disposal and nothing more.

Milan has struggled in recent seasons. In my opinion, the main problem lies with the club’s management or owners. The club owners don’t seem serious about building the team. There is a need for repeating it, that's the goal. Como does not have a plan to be champions, that is not going to be possible, unless like some major lucky break happens somehow, in a world where Leicester City won the premier league, nothing is impossible. However, realistically, what they should aim at is repeating this success, do this 5 years in a row, and you are going to be the team that wins the league very often.

But doing this five years in a row is very low chance. Look at how many Italian clubs went to UCL five years in a row in the last five years, Inter might be the only one. I am not sure if there are any, but I am pretty sure none of them went to UCL in the past 5 years in a row, only Inter may have done that.

However, it doesn't mean that they don't have the ambition to become champion, in Serie A if they had scored more points, the situation would certainly have been different, but this is necessary to understand their limits and then possibly overcome them, i am convinced that they can do better than many other teams.

Success qualifying to Champion League next season enough proof how consistent and solid performance from Como, get promotion to Serie A at season last three season ago and first season finish at 10th and this season incredible finish at Champion League spot place. Como might not be able to perform well in the Champions League next season as other clubs due to lack of experience and quality but it's good that they have the experience so that, they will do better when next they qualify to the Champions League. Juventus are still in a problematic situation actually.    They are still not able to fight for the Serie A title. They can't even finish the league in top 4...

I don't think this is mostly because of Spalletti. He has done his best with the squad he had but he couldn't do better.

Juventus and Milan both are in a similar situation now. They both need to make serious improvements.

What Milan needs now is not just one player as a star they need to rebuild the team and they need good numbers of players mixed with young talents and experienced players that are well matured not just players that are at the age of retirement who would just play for a season before ending their football career. For Luka Modric he is still very good with the ball but he's aged and he can't carry the team on his shoulders. Italian teams should try to have future plans that will help them not to become a failed team when their players retire.

One player alone isn't enough, as the competition in Serie A is increasingly competitive. AC Milan needs to have quality players capable of competing with Inter Milan and other strong players. Without this Milan will struggle to compete for the Scudetto. Luka Modric is getting older, so his contribution won't be optimal and vice versa, his physical qualities are declining. A combination of young players complemented by senior players would be a perfect strength for Milan and we could see how the league becomes much more exciting in terms of competing for the title next season.

I would say they are not going to battle for a league title anytime soon, so they should not be looking for that. First goal should be getting to UCL, they failed to do that for two years in a row now. For a team that is Milan's size, failing to go to UCL two years in a row is a big disappointment.

The goal should not be let's win the league, the goal should be let's be in top four and go to UCL, and if they can do that , then they could start thinking about the league title. They also lack consistency, they keep changing managers and players way too often.

Yes, I definitely agree! People should look at it from this aspect as well. Inter had a wonderful year in the Serie A maybe but things didn't go well in the CL. There is a huge gap between them and Bodø/Glimt in the end.  

Italian teams are nothing like the past from now on. If they don't do anything about it their success rate will continue to drop down I think. They could drop more in the league rankings in Europe in time too.

Juventus needs to strengthen their team in every department. Looking at the Juventus team in this just concluded season you could see that Juventus was really lacking in quality and it was obvious in the way that they played , and that was one of the things that made to to be dropping points especially towards the ending of the season. Players that can't qualify to the champions League is not worth banking on if you ask me . Juventus should break the bank and bring in good quality players to the team.

After being promoted to Serie A last season Como surprised the big teams despite only finishing in the top 10. However, their second season saw a significant improvement, even competing with Milan and Juventus for the Champions League places, ultimately securing a place in the Champions League next season.

It was an impressive season for Fabregas and Como. This was Como first time in history playing in European competition. They also reached the Coppa Italia semifinals. Como current situation suggests that a club with sound investment and an even better mentality and management will achieve success. Como may struggle to compete in the Champions League next season, but they are worth watching as they could be a dark horse to be reckoned with.

Serie A teams have suffered a major setback in the Champions League, with none of the candidates able to deliver their best Performance last season. I Predict the same will happen next season. If they don't Improve like the other Leagues, It's likely that Serie A teams will struggle to reach the champions league quarterfinals.

Next season, Inter milan, Napoli, Roma, and Como will be the serie A representatives competing in the champions league. Overall, Inter milan is the strongest of the three, based on this season performance Statistics. Therefore, If inter milan continues to be dominated by their current squad, I think They will face Significant challenges in the champions league. I'm not underestimating inter milan, But teams from other leagues are indeed Stronger than them.

I don’t think Juventus can afford to invest in any more strikers; they’ll most likely put Dusan Vlahovic up for sale to fund their summer transfer business. Dusan Vlahovic is on a very hefty wage – he’s the highest-paid player in Serie A – and he’s spent a lot of time on the bench too! I wonder why

nobody is disputting the fact the como did not play well because for them to qualify for the champions league and that is enough because there clubs that did not even go far and there dream also is to go for the champions league and over time they will find a way just for them to qualify even if they will not win at least they are gradually getting champions league experience and that also matters.

and since they have a talented coach then with time and co nsistency they will be able to go far because even pg never dreamed of winning the champions league and now they have won it twice so to some extent you can not conclude in what ever it is about the champions league there is no body that can not win the league so como just need to be encouraged for them to do better, and also bringing talented players also.
