You are right. Como qualified for the champions league. This is a great achievement for them. And they deserve to be in the top  4 of the table.

For several seasons now, Juventus management seems to have not fixed their mistakes in building the team, so honestly, I am a little pessimistic about them and I think Juventus management doesn't really want to spend a lot of money to build this team and they seem to start the season with minimal strength and expect more than that, it is really impossible, especially since the Serie A teams are currently growing so it is very likely that the same thing will happen next season.

While I am sure that this is something that Milan would be very proud of, that doesn't mean that we are going to see Como doing anything great. Milan did terrible yes that is true, but Como did good only because Milan sucked, and Juventus as well.

Como of course still did better than expected of them, but they lost many games and many chances only to find themselves doing fine because Milan ended up being not that great. So in the end I feel like the result should be that we are seeing Como at UCL and mostly failing there.
