When Amorim was at Manchester United he really did a horrible work... He had like the worst average rating among the managers they have had in the recent years. At first I was thinking like it was mostly related to the team as a whole. But Carrick arrived and things changed significantly! Of course I know of Amorim's times at Sporting as well. But for now I can't be sure whether he is the right manager for Milan... The treatment Amorim underwent while he was at Manchester United may not have worked, and there may also be issues with the duration and adaptation to the team. I remember that Cristiano once said that the only person who could manage Manchester United was someone who had been directly involved as a player & that was proven when Carrick arrived.

Will top contenders make big changes in their lineups this summer? I guess Inter would buy players only to fill the space of departures. Juventus and Milan need it the most actually after seeing how terrible season they had. But I doubt they would spend a big sum on a player. Roma would really make use of it despite Gasperini's success. He got more than 100% of that squad if you ask me. It's hard to repeat it.

Being top contender is more reason why those particular teams should upgrade their squad every season, not only to fill in the place of departures but to ensure the squad depth is still good enough for the new season, if other teams would be upgrading there's to compete better with those at the top then those who finish the previous seasons at the top should also do better to maintain the standards else they could drop. Juventus and Milan failed to qualify for the Champions League so they should take this current transfer window seriously and build the team to be stronger, in preparation for the new season. Since Roma ended in a good position, they should have a good amount to spend on new signings.

But for now I can't be sure whether he is the right manager for Milan... I agree that Amorim isn?t the best manager for this Milan side. His Portuguese predecessors have all performed poorly or only marginally well. But perhaps he?ll manage to change our minds a little. I still believe, however, that unless they radically overhaul the entire squad, the problem will persist for Milan The chemistry between coach and players is not something to be underestimated, it is not stupid. It's not just technique and preparation, but also personality and knowing how to communicate with the players, they haven't made any big changes, but a person who directs well and who does it like a family man, completely changes the landscape. Obviously, Amorim must first build a rapport with the players; this will earn him their trust and lead to better performances. It won’t be easy for him, though! Look at Christian Chivu – it seems as though he’s been Inter’s manager for ages. Every time a goal was scored, he’d celebrate under the stand alongside the players; this behaviour made him part of the project right from the start.

Apparently he likes having loads of coaches on the payroll xD Yeah, you’re absolutely right, and I feel exactly the same way – they’re digging their own grave with their own obsessions and they don’t even realise it. Actually, they’ve done one thing right: they’ve sacked almost the entire management team, apart from Ibrahimovic. That’s already a good starting point
Really? I just found out that they ended up not only firing the coach but also their management team, thanks for the information, maybe this will be a turning point for Milan to get better, I hope so, although I tend to still doubt it because what happened to Milan was not just a coach, they lacked quality players in the squad or were unable to bring out the full potential of the players. I'll be looking forward to seeing what Amorim hands will be like and also waiting for the transfer moves they'll make. Moncada, Furlani and Tare have been sacked. But I don’t know who has taken their places; I don’t think anyone has at the moment, and everything is being managed by Ibrahimovic until they find new directors. It’s a starting point, but we won’t know whether it will be a historic turning point or a huge mistake. In time, we’ll see how Milan fare off the pitch.

I haven't seen many of Inter's best players leaving the team, at least not yet. It seems to me that they've managed to keep 90% of the same squad and coach, and with that, they will continue to be strong title contenders next season. I'd venture to say that Inter has a higher probability of winning the league next season than the other teams. I don't know how Milan's new coach will perform, and I also don't know what Milan's new signings will be, but so far I haven't seen any major signings made by Juventus, Milan, or Roma that would put them in contention for the title.

Milan started making mistakes years ago; the first mistake was sacking Paolo Maldini after he’d built them a competitive team and they’d won the Scudetto. Now they’re licking their wounds

Sometimes you'd rather have an incompetent friend than a competent one. It's not just in sports, but in everything this happens Just look at how the world is going, we are governed by incapable and incompetent people, and Milan is no different there are a bunch of incompetent people who pretend to give direction..

Milan have other problems, mental problems, not that it bothers me, in fact i have a good laugh, but the circle of who can spend is narrowing.

We have seen the weak attacks of juventus and milan this season. Despite performing well at the beginning of the season , these two teams could not even qualify for the champions league in the end. So they should definitely strengthen their squad next season. But I doubt whether the management will be interested in spending money. Roma and Como have qualified for the champions league. If these two teams do not strengthen their squads, their performance will decline next season. Due to the busy schedule, players will also face injuries.

Yes, they will probably manage to keep most of the current squad, but we don't know for sure because sometimes the transfer market is full of surprises. But even if they manage to keep most of the players, I think they have to make their squad even better. I think the squad they have at the moment is still not maximized to be able to compete in the Champions League, because they will also not only pursue the Scudetto, but they will pursue the Champions League title as well. So they still have to bring in quality players to make their squad even better.

Inter won the championship and the Italian cup, which is very important for them because economically they have improved a lot and they can afford to make some purchases that will allow them to have a very strong team also in view of the champions league which they will face in the best form.

The only reason to give him a second chance if trust is the fact that he did well at Spirting CP and this is not premier league; he can do well if the management manage to sign him some players, and I don?t also think they can go above Inter Milan or even Napoli in his first season, because he is not that type of coach that is capable of competing under pressure, he prefer a team with no stress and I don?t think any of the top five leagues are without stress, so he need to buckle up and improve his tactics if he want to coach more teams because no one will settle for less, and once any coach stops winning matches, they get sacked immediately.
Immediately having important results is essential to maintain dominance and control over a team, that's for sure, but you also need to trust a coach who comes from another world and perhaps even from another championship where the football dynamics are completely different from those he will have to face, time after time.

He reset order in the dressing room and put an end to player power in the dressing room. Even the directors Omar Berrada aware of the good things he did for Manchester United. Shit might have not worked in the long run for Manchester United and him, but he meant well for Manchester United. Leave the past behind, he is a genuinely good manager and he will most definitely succeed with AC Milan. Milan can boast several players who are incredibly strong, i understand that there are players who command respect but there are also things to change, as Manchester United did, Milan must also take this path otherwise they will never be able to do well and become great again.

Amorim at Milan, I don't really know what to expect from the former Manchester United boss, if he was coming from sporting Lisbon then it would have been an entirely different feeling but for the fact that he was relieved of his duties at the English side after failing to improve the team's performance should be a valid reason to think that he might not be able to lead Milan who do not even have the financial power to bring in players that would help the team to perform better.
Former manager United boss please don't forget that again so you don't bring backwardness to Manchester United. Nobody should expect anything different from what Amorim performed at Manchester United infact he's going to be sacked also if he doesn't try to win games in his new job ceue he likes giving excuses, a coach that can not accept his responsibility and they to improve a team that he is managing is not a good coach. Amorim ill but have success in Italy he should try managing a small club. Isn't that exactly how I identified him? Maybe you need to look up my previous comment again It seems you ain't still cool with him owing to how he poorly managed the Manchester United team which almost would have cost the team a UCL chance for next season , butt then, Micheal Carrick came up with the rescue mission. For the time being, we can not be sure if he's not going to make any vocal success with Milan which is far and by financial strength basis of the Milan club, let not forget that it's a different league not the EPL.

Napoli will also be playing in the Champions League, so they will have to spend some serious money and bring in quality reinforcements if they want to qualify for the next round of the UCL.
I saw Lukaku and for now he is a very important player at the World Cup too, this is necessary to be clear about what he has to do, Conte will never deprive himself of a player like him who always brings home the result, he may be physically heavy but i must say that this player always makes the difference.

Amorin turned manchester united into a disaster. Carrick worked with the same squad. With the help of carrick, Manchester united's players are excellent. amorim failed to identify the problems of united. And that is why despite trying hard, he could not stabilize the squad. United's squad had a lot of talented players. Milan's situation is also not good now. If he cannot identify the internal problems of the squad, he will not be able to strengthen AC Milan either. Serie A is a very competitive league. Many clubs are almost at the same level.

Juventus and Milan, despite being the strongest teams in the championship, have always been unable to reach an important goal of at least going to the Champions League, this thing is really not very interesting, for a club like this, not having the certainty of playing in Europe is too reassuringly small and not productive.
