To say that Amorim is a good manager, I'm still not sure about that after seeing what he did at Man United yesterday.. so to say that we need to see how he can become AC Milan coach next season, then we can say that whether he is a good coach or not. but regarding Curtis Jones, it is a very good choice for AC Milan because they need the best midfielder and Curtis Jones can fill that position to help AC Milan's central side which is still lacking. so AC Milan needs to make this negotiation process a success, especially since Liverpool don't look at him as their key player for next season, they should be able to negotiate smoothly with Liverpool.

During his time at United, Amorim struggled. I think the problems at United are really hard to solve, even by previous coaches. Now, United seems to be doing better, and they are enjoying the long process of finally getting back to good form. We'll see how Amorim manages the Milan players. There will always be players who stay and leave the team when a new coach comes. Milan will need a lot of changes next season.

He's old now, obviously this translates into more injuries.
The "older" you are, the more your body breaks down even for trivial things, this is the price you pay even if you train a lot like Romelu Lukaku does or Cristiano Ronaldo does.

As a player, age is key and you cannot escape it when it strikes you may manage to push further due to stretch by training and other extra efforts, but it will only take some time and you will be caught up by it one day.

Napoli will surely put that in to consideration soonest and may start hunting for a new replacement because it will hit so much on them when eventually it happens that the season starts and then he suffers an injury without a replacement, i do not think they will want to wait to be in such situation.

Amorin turned manchester united into a disaster. Carrick worked with the  same squad. With the help of carrick, Manchester united's players are excellent.

amorim failed to identify the problems of united. And that is why despite trying hard, he could not stabilize the squad. United's squad had a lot of talented players. Currently, Napoli is coached by Allegri and he has also stated that he greatly admires Lukaku. It's certainly predictable that Lukaku will be part of Allegri project to compete for trophies. Last season Lukaku didn't get much playing time under Conte due to injury but now that he's back, I think he'll be a key part of Napoli squad next season.

His performance in Belgium also caused quite a stir against Egypt. Coaching Manchester United isn't easy, as there's a lot of attention and of course a lot of pressure. Carrick may have an advantage because last season he was only the interim manager after Amorim was fired. We need to see if he can maintain his consistency this season, after being appointed permanent manager. At Manchester United, there's a cycle when a temporary manager takes over their performance improves, but after a permanent manager is appointed, their performance declines due to the pressure. But I hope that doesn't happen to Carrick.

Amorim couldn't handle the pressure at Manchester United, so he didn't develop during his time at the club. But now that he's coaching Milan, I think he can make a difference at Milan, because Serie A isn't as competitive as the Premier League and the pressure isn't as intense as at Manchester United. Before taking over at Manchester United, Amorim was a highly qualified manager and was very successful with Sporting Lisbon, winning a total of seven titles, including ending their 19 year wait for a league title. So I still have optimism towards Amorim in Milan especially since Milan fully supports Amorim.

Although he's nearing the end of his career, he's still a very dangerous striker, as he's shown at the World Cup. Every time he's come on, he's an advantage for Belgium. Moreover, he's incredibly physically strong and effectively beats defenders one-on-one. That's why he was a successful striker in Italy for so long. If he doesn't suffer injury problems, he could have another successful season as a striker. Every team would want a striker like Romelu Lukaku in their squad.

Amorim unsuccessfulness at Man Utd was because he continued to apply the 3-4-3 formation, even though it didn't work, see when the formation was returned to 4 tubs by Carrick, Man Utd was much better, right? maybe at Milan the formation will work, because Milan in the past has achieved success with 3 defenders and the closest when handled by Conceição. But of course it must be supported by bringing in new players.

I don’t know why every coach are find it very difficult to handle Manchester United, i can said that it has be a long season now their not doing well and up today there’s nothing changed their performances remain poor is it that their not yet getting the right coach?

This has been bothering me about their performances honestly even last season that’s how their performance goes poor if not be end of the season that their performances come little better, since they manage to end up in the 3rd position in the premier league table.

Como signed the player from Cruzeiro, a Brazilian team. It's Kaiki, who is 23 years old and plays as a defender. Probably after conceding those goals against Inter, Como's coach realized the fragility of their defense against strong teams like Inter. Since they will be playing in the Champions League, improving their defense is the best thing the coach is doing. Next season, who knows if Como won't be fighting for the title? They showed themselves to be a competitive team last season; if they maintain the same performance or even surpass it, then they could fight for the title.

Totally agree. Lukaku is a massive presence and goalscorer when fully fit. But if we think he will be fit for an entire Serie A and UCL season, we will be disappointed. Without Conte, plus possibly Lukaku, Napoli's attack will now need heavy investment. With Allegri coming in, the style of play will also change.

I agree that Lukaku wants to leave now that Conte has left Napoli, partly because strikers of his calibre have never really gelled under Allegri, take Santi Giménez and Vlahović, for example. I imaging he’ll want to give the Premier League another couple of seasons’ go, although playing a few games for Inter wouldn’t be a bad idea to help Pio Esposito develop, but it’s also true that he’s on a very high salary. Saudi Arabia? It could be a way to earn a huge amount of money.

I agree with this. He is 33 years old and this is an age when many either end their careers or move on to competitions for older people like MLS. And in my opinion, in Lukaku's case, physical parameters mean a lot - if small, dry footballers can play longer in terms of age, then big players like Lukaku finish much faster. Right now, he is definitely not the kind of player anyone would be hunting for, and if we talk about top clubs, they will look for a replacement for him, since his prospects are obvious.

This is the best option for any player at the end of his career or a few years before retirement. There is relatively less competition  here and it is possible to earn a lot.

I don't believe Lukaku's place is the Serie A or any other top league anymore. At least not as a main CF at a team... He couldn't even recover properly for a long time after his recovery. 

He should absolutely think of his options at a Saudi or MLS team. I'm quite confident that there would be some teams interested from there. Napoli can find a more useful alternative to him this summer.

I totally agree with you, in recent years you cannot refer to both juventus and AC Milan as the big teams in the league, these as clubs that miss out on even qualifying for the champions league, we have seen inter Milan and Napoli dominate the league recently. We can?t even say when last both Juventus and Milan won the scudetto. Right now in Italy both teams are washed.

And seriously both teams have failed to be the club they use to because their board of directors are now investing on average players, they are investing in players that are below club standards, until that changes both club will continue to struggle.

Milan and Juventus are two teams that are no longer a point of reference in the Italian championship, this is certain, but it must also be understood that Milan has suffered a lot in recent years, more than Juventus and that a return is always difficult, but they also won a championship so it's not really something to throw away.

Like you have mentioned it is not his fault, if Napoli can do better, they will not have him exploit the said opportunity, but then they have chosen to handle things they way they have which has forced him to put up the reaction he is putting up now. I am even beginning to think it is a thing for Napoli because at a time we saw something close to similar with Osimhen, he at the time was the only decent striker they had untill  they felt he was beginning to be too important, so let them deal with it.

When the Napoli club signs a player they are very intelligent to put in clauses to prevent him from playing in Italy, given what happened with Higuain, Juventus will not fall back into the mistake they made previously, they also find themselves with a strong player who plays against them.
