I still can't understand how Milan lost at home in their last match. Milan essentially handed over their Champions League qualification spot to their opponents at home. Como moved up in the Champions League standings after Milan's defeat. Milan are changing managers, but I hope this new manager succeeds. Because the previous one had a good start with Milan but couldn't maintain it. They show a similar performance to Juventus in this regard; their performance drops significantly towards the end of the season.
Football can come with anything at any time, literally Milan did not just hand over the position to their opposing side, but then football happened, the changing of coach hopefully brings about the kind of change they are hoping to see because not all the times it does work out as expected, Milan hopefully gets better by this move. No team wants to give up their position in the Champions League to their opponent or any team because competing for a UCL ticket is a top priority for any team, Milan has tried to maintain that position but luck is not on their side in the last match. That football, sometimes just one match can change everything. The change of coach is expected to have a positive impact, but Milan main goal is to secure a place in the Champions League for next season.

Now Milan is coached by Amorim. There are many pros and cons to this coaching choice but I hope Milan can bounce back and prove that choosing Amorim was the right choice.
Coach Amorim would with Milan have to prove whether or not Man U was his reason for losing numerous games in English football. However his, 3-4-2-1 style of play matches that of Serie A, but this choice doesn't look nice for a club that demands proactive improvement. Amorim Just came off a terrible performance, with a 32% premier league win rate. I can't wait for the season to start and see how Amorim's performances will look in Serie A. It will not be easy for Amorim to prove himself as a good coach because AC Milan is already in poor condition. I don't actually know what has been causing their poor performances recently, so Amorim may not get the quick positive results that many people are expecting from him. However, I still believe he is going to do better at AC Milan because I feel he may have learned his lesson. If I were him, I would use the experience and lessons from his time at Manchester United now that he has been appointed as AC Milan's new manager. For now, we just need to wait and see how his performances will look at AC Milan. The formation and tactics he uses will depend on the types of players available to him. If he continues using the 3-4-2-1 formation without better midfielders, he will definitely struggle with that style.

On the contrary, its Reuben Amorim that has job to prove to Mila that he was the best choice and the decision to choose him was the best they could ever make. It is now official that the former Manchester United boss now has the Milan job but it doesn't end there, he has to work tirelessly to ensure that the club gets back to playing in the UCL as well as contending for the Scudetto, if that happens then he would have gained the trust of everyone at Milan.

It seems Real Madrid wants Paz to come back, but he realizes it would be really hard to compete with all the star players there. So he decided to stay with Como. Como is currently going to play in the UCL, and Paz is a young player who is key to Como. It looks like he understands his situation, that the opportunity to develop at Como is better because he'll get a lot of playing time. But with the current Como squad, if they don’t make many changes, it seems it will be hard for them to compete in the UCL.

Especially since what Como should be focusing on is strengthening the team for next season. But if Paz stays at Como, that's good news for them.

I don't think Como coach will agree to release him than to gather money to ensure they sign him against next season, because they discovered that the player will contribute what will make Como to perform more than what they displayed this season. But I don't think that Real Madrid coach need him now, because looking at Real Madrid players they are all good to perform well next season and even though they want to sign any player in this summer it should be for midfield. I don't think Paz will come back to Real Madrid, because there are players that are more experience than him and it will make Real Madrid coach to continue benching him for those players to start any game until the coach begin to see some improvement before he will decide to be using him to start game.

For me, making too many changes would only force the club to adapt all over again to a new tactical system, and several new players would inevitably need time to settle in. That's why I don't think Como need to make major changes. Last season, the squad was well balanced and conceded very few goals compared to other teams in serie A. With that foundation, Como simply need a different approach to refine their tactics and become competitive in the UCL.

Remaining in Como instead of going back to Real Madrid to compete in the first team is a good decision and would benefit his development because he's already guaranteed a position in Como's first team but at Real Madrid he'll likely be at the bench expecting the coach to give him opportunity which would slow down his development. Fortunately for Como they have what Real Madrid would've used in convincing Paz to come back which is Champions League football but Como is also in the Competition and since Paz is loved by the coach and fans he'll definitely start in every Champions League match Como plays.

This team performed incredibly well in the last season. Despite not having a very strong squad, they managed to keep the performance stable. The team even managed to qualify for the champions league. It is difficult to maintain consistent performance in both the champions league and serie A. If como management does not strengthen their squad then their performance is likely to drop badly in the coming season. The chances of players getting injured will also increase. Nico Paz played well with Como last season. Fabregas will not want to lose such an important player.

Ruben Amorim is eager to fix his image after that United period. He was seen as failure there, but he was seen as the great next big name of managers at Lisbon, so he wants to fix his image. He is going to take Milan, and will try to win the whole thing, I do not see him trying to just "do fine", like third place finish would be improvement sure, but I do not think he wants that, he wants to win it all to show how great he is.
And for that, he is going to work really hard, and he is already making some moves, Ramos is a great addition without a doubt.

Juventus is in search of a new striker after Vlahovic's finally leaving the team. Igor Jesus and Kolo Muani's names are stepping forward on the news lately.
I'm asking it to Juventus fans now. Do you think any of these names would be beneficial for your team? Isn't both of them average strikers? Probably Juventus wants to handle this transfer by paying as less money as possible...

Before joining Manchester United Amorim was a highly potential coach having achieved success at Sporting Lisbon. But coaching Manchester United isn't easy, as they face numerous problems and are under a lot of pressure. Amorim isn't the only one who failed at Manchester United; many excellent coaches have ended up ruining their careers. So, I agree with you saying that coaching Manchester United isn't a benchmark for judging Amorim and perhaps this is what Milan considered before recruiting him. It's clear that Milan is serious about building a long-term project with Amorim. They even fully support Amorim, as under Amorim Milan has finally begun to boldly purchase expensive players. Milan is known for bringing in expensive players with careful consideration. On the other hand, Milan is also accustomed to a three man defense, and this is the philosophy Amorim has implemented. If at Man United Amorim failed to implement the 3 defender strategy, then at Milan he will most likely succeed because they have the same philosophy so it is easy to get chemistry.

I one time read of news of the old ladies being linked with the Norwegian and Atletico Madrid striker Sørlorth! This was prior to the start of the FIFA world cup competition though but all talks about the links reduced drastically. Maybe with Julian Alvarez pushing for a leave, he will most definitely want to stay. I don't like Kolo Muani that much ever since that World Cup final miss against Argentina. I really do not think he is the guy to lead their attack. I do want them to win the Seria A next season. Spalletti already won with Napoli previously, let's see if he can recreate that.

I always say it that if we are to trace back to his records, we will find out that he is not a bad coach actually, he only did not do so well at Manchester United of which I believe coaches does experience times as such in their career where they will not be at their best at a particular team, but moving forward they will become even better. Amorim is looking very promising with Milan and seeing that the management is expressing some sort of trust in him already, so he got all the support already and that shows they will provide him with an enabling environment to deliver the best of results.

If it's to compete in Serie A, yes, Como don't need big changes, they can still compete if only to compete in the UCL or Europa League places, unless they want a higher target, which is the Scudetto, then they still need a lot of changes because they need better quality players to offer that, the same if you talk about the UCL competition, where the competition is more difficult, besides that with a busy schedule, they still need to buy some players.

Como's only problem at the moment is their spending budget. Being a "small" team, they don't currently have a high spending margin like the big teams, so the choices they have to make must be targeted. It's not easy to achieve maximum performance with minimal expense. Signing players who can benefit the team requires significant investment. Furthermore, established players will obviously aim for more sought-after teams, so it won't be easy for them to find the right people.
Como's performance last season was quite surprising for some teams with much better quality players. Despite being a newly promoted team, they achieved significantly better results last season. Proper and targeted budget management when recruiting players will determine their path next season. If Como doesn't recruit players according to the team's needs, it could actually lead to a loss of stability. Como must also maintain their top performance next season so they can remain competitive, rather than losing their form and leading the team to worse results next season. Como have shown brilliance despite the fact that they are just a newly promoted side, they played as if they have been in the top flight for years and even the likes of Ac Milan and Napoli amongst other big teams in the Italian league found it really hard to actually win them and this sort of performance doesn't go unnoticed by some of the big clubs of Europe because they will definitely come shopping for either players or even the manager which is cesc Fabergas and if the offer on the table is big then we might see some players leave and that's why they need to be open on the options of acquiring players. The Como team showed great talent last season and we can see that they are not willing to let their best players go to any other club, as proof of this we see that Real Madrid wanted to bring Nico Paz back to their team But Como accepted the offer from Real Madrid and purchased the player for 60 million euros. With these players, Como found their way to being the best in the Italian league last season, so if they can keep these players in the team for the upcoming season, so I think even big opponents like AC Milan and Napoli will have a hard time competing against this team in the upcoming season. In fact, the Como team authorities should make the right decision to increase the depth of the team for the upcoming season because it seems to me they can help lead this team to the highest level next season.

On the other hand, Milan is also accustomed to a three man defense, and this is the philosophy Amorim has implemented. If at Man United Amorim failed to implement the 3 defender strategy, then at Milan he will most likely succeed because they have the same philosophy so it is easy to get chemistry.
The conflict began there between him and the executive leaders of Man U, when they refused him to play his accustomed 3 men defense, technically, a coach won't perform well when in dispute with the executives, he had multiple challenges with getting budgets for purchasing players, and as well dressing room rifts with his boy. Which showed how frustrated he was under pressure at Man U, however, with the full support from Milan he'd be much better emotionally, then we could then tell how good a manager he is in reshaping a bad shaped Milan to a stronger, and more competent team, if he gets them to the champions league next season then Milan won't be facing much shame in Serie A anymore.

Small teams are not always favorites when it comes to playing in the Champions League, Como did very well qualifying for the Champions League but that is not enough, though the higher they go, the better money they will receive in the competition, but there chances of winning or reaching any side of the final, I don't think they can with the low level of Champions League experience.

Honestly, I think Nico Paz is a very good player, but he won't have the same success he would have at Real Madrid. He's good, but he still needs a lot more. I hope he doesn't regret it, because every player who rejects Real Madrid always regrets it and wishes they could turn back time so they wouldn't reject such a tremendous offer.
