Remaining in Como instead of going back to Real Madrid to compete in the first team is a good decision and would benefit his development because he's already guaranteed a position in Como's first team but at Real Madrid he'll likely be at the bench expecting the coach to give him opportunity which would slow down his development.

Fortunately for Como they have what Real Madrid would've used in convincing Paz to come back which is Champions League football but Como is also in the Competition and since Paz is loved by the coach and fans he'll definitely start in every Champions League match Como plays.
Honestly, I think Nico Paz is a very good player, but he won't have the same success he would have at Real Madrid. He's good, but he still needs a lot more. I hope he doesn't regret it, because every player who rejects Real Madrid always regrets it and wishes they could turn back time so they wouldn't reject such a tremendous offer.
That's not exactly the case for Nico. Because he had a Real Madrid career and became convinced that he wasn't getting as much playing time as he wanted there. He had a great time with Como, and they became like a family. We see a young player who rejected Real Madrid to move forward in this family environment and to strengthen his own family. I don't think he will regret this decision in the future. Perhaps his path will lead him back to Real Madrid later.

Rejected Real Madrid? I want to believe that you don't know much about Nico Paz and how he became a Como player. Incase you ate not aware, Nico Paz is a graduate of Real Madrid academy. It was the club management that saw his potentials and decided to sell him to Como so he'll get playing minutes to develop better and because they believed he'll become a future star, they added a clause that allows Real Madrid to buy him back for £10 million. It was that clause that Real Madrid activated this summer to buy him back and sell him back to Como for £60 million. Now, because they know he has the potentials of becoming even a greater player than he is at the moment, they added another buy back clause of £80 million should they want to resign him in the nearest future.
Now to the move, I also do not think he'll regret the move. He only needs to improve and get better, if Real Madrid deems it necessary to come for him, they'll still sign him back next summer or a summer after next.

From the beginning he never rejected Real Madrid, but he only got very few playing minutes there, so when the opportunity to get more playing minutes at COMO he didn't waste the opportunity.. and indeed that decision succeeded in making him a valuable player there, and he and COMO managed to break into the Champions League, something I think he is grateful for. so even though he chose to stay at COMO, it was a decision he had thought about carefully and I don't see any regrets in him because there is no guarantee that he could achieve success like this if he stayed with Real Madrid and became their reserve player continuously.

Juventus is in search of a new striker after Vlahovic's finally leaving the team. Igor Jesus and Kolo Muani's names are stepping forward on the news lately.

I'm asking it to Juventus fans now. Do you think any of these names would be beneficial for your team? Isn't both of them average strikers? Probably Juventus wants to handle this transfer by paying as less money as possible...

Igor Jesus and Kolo Muani are average strikers with non sense buy clause. Those strikers won't fit well to the Juventus's gameplay. Juventus main problem is the chance conversion rate. They made so many chances last season, but unable to convert it due to the horrible their strikers.
So what they need is someone with high conversion rate such as Igor Thiago. If i were to choose, i'd rather pay 80m for Igor Thiago instead of 60m for Igor Jesus or Kolo Muani.

The problem might be the competition at the club and how he gets his opportunities.
He's now an important part of Como and not only is he well received but he's definitely got a starting spot and that will be great for his growth as he's still very young. It will be different from Madrid, he was at Madrid before and he couldn't compete very well so Nico will definitely choose to be at a club that is already very accepting and considers him important as a starting player.

He can compete of course and what he will get at Madrid will obviously be very different from what he received at Como but if he is successful but otherwise he will just be a player who decorates the bench again.
Also, Madrid's interest in Nico Paz before was when Arbeloa was the coach but it's different now with Mou especially after the decision to stay at Como Madrid and Mou allowing it and this proves that Nico Paz is still not in Mou's plans so I actually like the decision of both parties.

Juventus, together with Milan, is making mistake after mistake.
From one point of view I'm sorry because they practically impoverish Italian football.
From the other point of view i am pleased, because it eliminates competitors for my beloved Inter to win the Scudetto.
Fewer competitors, easier victory.

Rather than taking a risk, it's better for Nico to stay at Como, where he's guaranteed a place in the first team, compared to joining Real Madrid and having to fight for a place. This could impact Nico's career, as he's still quite young and needs experience to build a successful career. Joining Real Madrid would certainly be a big challenge, as he'd have to compete for a place in the first team. Any decision could impact his career and I think he should consider all the possibilities, as he's still quite young and has a long way to go to achieve success.

Currently, the best option for players lacking playing time is to find a team where they can get playing time. Increasing one player's performance naturally comes with playing time. This is what he's experienced as he's now a crucial pillar for Como. He certainly has comparisons with his time at Real Madrid where he always lost out to players in the same position. So his decision to leave Real Madrid is the right one as he's now a player who can give his best performance and help Como secure a ticket to play in the UCL next season.

Of course it is very true because at Real Madrid he has always been a player who gets less playing minutes so that the difference must be experienced by him so with the performance like now if they want him back I think it is difficult because players who have experienced it from the mental side are much better in determining the direction of their future better especially since he is still very young and needs playing minutes to be able to maintain his performance so that one day he can win with the team he is currently defending, namely Como, especially next season it is certain that they will play in the UCL competition, of course this is his strength to continue choosing to stay in the team he is currently defending.

and Nico Paz remains, another year at Como
source directly from the father who confirms that Nico Paz strongly wanted to stay at Como, and he did well
He has more chances to shine with Como than if he were to remain on the bench at Real Madrid
a very wise and intelligent choice from a boy who wants to improve further

nico paz most likely played a lot in como, this thing is important because he will never play at real madrid, given that there are many champions, and that the space to play as a striker is little, very little for players like him, he should make room for many other players.

His hard work paid better in Serie A than Laliga, he made the top rated player at Como with 7.48 rating, and the top five spot of the entire Serie A players, he had the opportunity to carry his team to a 3:2 victory against Atalanta in the Europa Leauge, and a strong rooted 3:2 win against Hella Verona in the Seria A, which came from his high accurate passing attribute to Patrick Cutrone. Achievements as these are what a football talent at a young age wants, he needs to be where his talents will be recognized rather than covered up or dwindled over fighting for a spot in a super star club.

Now Milan is coached by Amorim. There are many pros and cons to this coaching choice but I hope Milan can bounce back and prove that choosing Amorim was the right choice.
Coach Amorim would with Milan have to prove whether or not Man U was his reason for losing numerous games in English football. However his, 3-4-2-1 style of play matches that of Serie A, but this choice doesn't look nice for a club that demands proactive improvement. Amorim Just came off a terrible performance, with a 32% premier league win rate.
I have a feeling that he will be bad here too, but be good on his next team instead. Because he was bad at United for insisting that style of football, as soon as Carrick joined he changed that and they started winning, meaning that the team was not the problem Amorim was and him insisting on this was the problem.

He will do the same at Milan, I doubt he will change, and he will fail there too because it will not fit the team and the size. But then, because he had two bad management, he will be hired by a team that is expected to do not that well, and he will have to accept, and that's where he will do better. Because a team that is underachieving doing this style would actually work a lot better.

I'm curious about how much Juventus is planning to spend this summer... They need to cooperate with Spalletti if they want to bring back their good old days.

That depends on strengthening their squad. I think they need additions to not only the attacking line but also midfield.

In the attacking line:

- Conceição is really useless in terms of goal contribution.

- Vlahovic's contract expires tomorrow as well.

In the midfield there are some names I don't really relate to a big team like Juventus...  Tongue

But then, because he had two bad management.
Milan would have done better with Amorim's formation had Theo Hernandez been in the club, that style of his demands stronger left and right backs, to sustain brutal recovery task, when the team losses ball possession in the midfield. But Serie A is not like premier league, they hardly take advantage of transitional flaws, so, he won't suffer much losses like he did in the premier league.

Juventus, together with Milan, is making mistake after mistake.
From one point of view I'm sorry because they practically impoverish Italian football.
From the other point of view i am pleased, because it eliminates competitors for my beloved Inter to win the Scudetto.
Fewer competitors, easier victory.
Sure. The mistakes being made by Juve and Milan are directly increasing Inter's chance to win scudetto in any season. If those clubs are signing another wrong player, they will surely out of Scudetto race next season.
However, serie a will become less competitive, and it's hard to secure additional spot for UCL because how weak their teams are.

Relying upon Inter to secure additional spot in UCL will never work.

I heard that under Spalletti, Juventus will be making a major overhaul to restore them to being a respected club. There are quite a lot of famous names rumored to be their priority, which will allow them to spend quite a lot of money if they succeed in getting those names. However, until now there has been no news about all of that, but it is clear that they really need new faces in the squad, because they have not been able to compete competitively in Serie A for quite a long time.

Three teams are being promoted next season: Venezia FC, Frosinone Calcio, and Monza, who made it through the Serie B promotion play-offs. Interestingly, Monza will be in Serie A for the 2024/2025 season, which means they only needed one year to get back to Serie A. Considering they are a newly promoted team, I think they will make a lot of changes to try to stay longer in Serie A. But everything also depends on the club's financial strength. Still, Monza seems the most prepared because they probably still have plenty of players with Serie A experience.

Of course, the team needs new players which is a norm for all clubs after the end of the season so that, they can strengthen their teams for the upcoming season. I don't know what's Juventus problem that is causing their poor performance from season to season. I think, they need a coach that's more focused on winning the title.

The conflict began there between him and the executive leaders of Man U, when they refused him to play his accustomed 3 men defense, technically, a coach won't perform well when in dispute with the executives, he had multiple challenges with getting budgets for purchasing players, and as well dressing room rifts with his boy. Which showed how frustrated he was under pressure at Man U, however, with the full support from Milan he'd be much better emotionally, then we could then tell how good a manager he is in reshaping a bad shaped Milan to a stronger, and more competent team, if he gets them to the champions league next season then Milan won't be facing much shame in Serie A anymore.

There have certainly been problems that have caused this, it's not the first time this has happened, in Italy for example we have many examples of furious arguments that turn into goodbyes.
Napoli, for example, is currently the champion in dismissing good coaches and players.

I think teams that are promoted to Serie A from Serie B find it very difficult to play in a stronger league because the teams' financial resources vary so much. Of course, there are exceptions, like Chievo once did, and now Como, teams that can rise, consolidate their position in the league, and even achieve something significant, like Como's Champions League spot. But in most cases, teams that rise end up fighting for survival.
