That's not exactly the case for Nico. Because he had a Real Madrid career and became convinced that he wasn't getting as much playing time as he wanted there. He had a great time with Como, and they became like a family. We see a young player who rejected Real Madrid to move forward in this family environment and to strengthen his own family. I don't think he will regret this decision in the future. Perhaps his path will lead him back to Real Madrid later.
Rather than taking a risk, it's better for Nico to stay at Como, where he's guaranteed a place in the first team, compared to joining Real Madrid and having to fight for a place. This could impact Nico's career, as he's still quite young and needs experience to build a successful career. Joining Real Madrid would certainly be a big challenge, as he'd have to compete for a place in the first team. Any decision could impact his career and I think he should consider all the possibilities, as he's still quite young and has a long way to go to achieve success.
As long there are more strong players in Real Madrid,it will be hard for Real Madrid coach to start Benching old player for him to play, because Real Madrid have strikers that will convince their coach to ignore new player. If he remain in Como in this season and he will do what will make many clubs to start showing interest on Nico whenever the summer season occur again in the future, because many clubs need to show interest on young players to sign and it will give Nico the opportunity to join Real Madrid soon.

I have confidence on Nico, that if he join Real Madrid in the future he will spread good performance, because he has potential knowledge that will make the players to do what will make them to improve in real Madrid and that is what Real Madrid coach want to see before he can sign the player completely in the club.

I have a feeling that he will be bad here too, but be good on his next team instead. Because he was bad at United for insisting that style of football, as soon as Carrick joined he changed that and they started winning, meaning that the team was not the problem Amorim was and him insisting on this was the problem.

He will do the same at Milan, I doubt he will change, and he will fail there too because it will not fit the team and the size. But then, because he had two bad management, he will be hired by a team that is expected to do not that well, and he will have to accept, and that's where he will do better. Because a team that is underachieving doing this style would actually work a lot better.
We can't compare Milan performance with Man United performance even though they are under the same coach because each team has different players and a different environment, moreover we don't know what will happen to Milan next season, they must have their reasons for choosing Amorim as their coach, so we'll just have to wait and see how Amorim trains Milan, Milan target next season is to be in the UCL zone, if Amorim can't achieve that, he might suffer the same fate as Allegri.

I think teams that are promoted to Serie A from Serie B find it very difficult to play in a stronger league because the teams' financial resources vary so much. Of course, there are exceptions, like Chievo once did, and now Como, teams that can rise, consolidate their position in the league, and even achieve something significant, like Como's Champions League spot. But in most cases, teams that rise end up fighting for survival.

Fresinone, Monza and Venezia already played in recent years in Serie A, so they know very well how things are done there. They are aware about the need to have good players to resist in Serie A for another season and a solid squad to fight for the European competitions spots.
I remember Monza for example, played good for a while before dropping badly and leaving to Serie B. The other two aren't that greatest either.
In comparison to Premier League, teams promoting from Serie B to Serie A win modest amount of money that doesn't help them a lot.

There have certainly been problems that have caused this, it's not the first time this has happened, in Italy for example we have many examples of furious arguments that turn into goodbyes.
The Chaos Max Allegri caused in Juventus, took away his job in less than 48 hours, just after winning the Copa Italian, managers most times end up fighting against club officials, and it always gets down to being sacked after the incident.

It not just seria A but all leagues, teams that promote from the lower division league always find it very difficult to play in the Stronger League, sometimes it not just the quality of players that makes the difference but also the intensity in the new league. Seria A is A very physical league, so sometimes a lot of newly promoted tends to struggle with the physicality.

All these teams that got promoted have played in seria A before, they know exactly what it takes to remain in the league. Definitely a team or 2 will surly return back to seria B, but there is always this one team who always create waves in the big league.

After leaving the league for awhile, it is almost normal that coming back will come with it own challenges,  of which coping with the level of competition and style of play will be something to consider because it is definitely not going to be like  same experience they had in the lower division where they played before they gained promotion to the upper division.

These are the challenges the newly promoted team may be having but then they may later cope, especially if they are able to stay in the league even after this new season and do not get relegated again.

If it's to compete in Serie A, yes, Como don't need big changes, they can still compete if only to compete in the UCL or Europa League places, unless they want a higher target, which is the Scudetto, then they still need a lot of changes because they need better quality players to offer that, the same if you talk about the UCL competition, where the competition is more difficult, besides that with a busy schedule, they still need to buy some players.
Small teams are not always favorites when it comes to playing in the Champions League, Como did very well qualifying for the Champions League but that is not enough, though the higher they go, the better money they will receive in the competition, but there chances of winning or reaching any side of the final, i don't think they can with the low level of Champions League experience.

I believe that Como is easily able to manage the Serie A, and it doesn't mean that they can't win it too, given that they have also put Inter to the test this year, with the team they have now, so they don't need big changes, they certainly have to play very well in the champion league that yes.

The problem might be the competition at the club and how he gets his opportunities.
He's now an important part of Como and not only is he well received but he's definitely got a starting spot and that will be great for his growth as he's still very young. It will be different from Madrid, he was at Madrid before and he couldn't compete very well so Nico will definitely choose to be at a club that is already very accepting and considers him important as a starting player.

He can compete of course and what he will get at Madrid will obviously be very different from what he received at Como but if he is successful but otherwise he will just be a player who decorates the bench again.
Also, Madrid's interest in Nico Paz before was when Arbeloa was the coach but it's different now with Mou especially after the decision to stay at Como Madrid and Mou allowing it and this proves that Nico Paz is still not in Mou's plans so I actually like the decision of both parties.

the guy who has the money thought well not to give him away and let him continue playing with them next year, this is a very important thing, because it gives the player a great experience and allows him to play at a very high level, this is very good for him, he will have a great opportunity in the future.

Rejected Real Madrid? I want to believe that you don't know much about Nico Paz and how he became a Como player. Incase you ate not aware, Nico Paz is a graduate of Real Madrid academy. It was the club management that saw his potentials and decided to sell him to Como so he'll get playing minutes to develop better and because they believed he'll become a future star, they added a clause that allows Real Madrid to buy him back for £10 million. It was that clause that Real Madrid activated this summer to buy him back and sell him back to Como for £60 million. Now, because they know he has the potentials of becoming even a greater player than he is at the moment, they added another buy back clause of £80 million should they want to resign him in the nearest future.
Now to the move, I also do not think he'll regret the move. He only needs to improve and get better, if Real Madrid deems it necessary to come for him, they'll still sign him back next summer or a summer after next.

exactly and i think it's the most important thing of all, having the opportunity to play is a great privilege and will help this player grow, while at Real Madrid he doesn't have this possibility given that the competition is much heavier than in Como where he already starts in the starting lineup without any problems.

If they play with the same team they played with last season, they might have to fight to avoid relegation next season. The reason for this is to qualify for the Champions League. Last season, their goal was one and they fought in only one competition, but this season, their goal will be two and they will have to fight in two competitions. If the bench team is not strong enough along with the main team, then they will have no choice but to fight to avoid relegation.

The team must do something big and increase its strength, otherwise they will have to focus on one competition. Because it is not possible to maintain consistency in a busy schedule with the same team, players will get tired from time to time in the middle of the season and the team will face injuries, then the difference will be clear.

The current situation of the club requires that more players should be brought into the team especially now that the club will be participating in the UCL, there are a possibility of the club struggling this season in the Serie A if they fail to strengthen their squad for this season's campaign due to intense competition that may erupt between the traditional top four clubs who may want to reclaim their spot in the league this upcoming season.

Venezia isn't new to the league, it's an experienced team and also the winner of this season's Serie B league although it hasn't had much success in Serie A, but it could be a huge threat to teams that have regressed from last season.
Frosinone and Monza are also not the first time they have entered Serie A surely they have better preparation this season at least we can think positively about them although financially it is very far, but if they can follow in the footsteps of Como there is certainly hope.

I believe that Como is easily able to manage the Serie A, and it doesn't mean that they can't win it too, given that they have also put Inter to the test this year, with the team they have now, so they don't need big changes, they certainly have to play very well in the champion league that yes.

Honestly, for them to rely on their last season squad will make them face some challenges that may lead to poor performances. Just as you said, if they really want to do well in both competitions, they need to strengthen their team by bringing in some quality players so they can have better squad rotation. If they decide not to strengthen the team and continue depending on the same players, their key players may easily become exhausted, which will definitely lead to poor performances. In fact, for any team to maintain consistent performances across different seasons, they always need to sign quality players to strengthen their squad because other teams will definitely improve theirs. If other teams strengthen their squads, it will be very challenging for a team that fails to do the same, as they will no longer be at the same level as they were in the previous season. Therefore, it is always very important for every team to strengthen its squad every season. What makes many teams unable to maintain their good performances is their failure to sign great players who can improve and strengthen the team.

That makes sense, and I actually had the same assumption before. With a much busier schedule and without a really strong mentality, it could definitely have a negative impact. If I had to choose, I'd say Como should stay focused on the domestic league to keep building their mentality, while treating the UCL more as a bonus opportunity and seeing how far luck can take them.

The reason I say that is pretty simple. I don't think it's realistic to expect Como to compete all the way to the UCL final. In terms of experience and squad quality, there's still a huge gap between them and the top clubs. You can't beat the biggest teams by relying on luck alone. That's why I'd prioritize serie A over chasing such an uncertain outcome in the Champions League.

Como doesn't have a lot of money. They are not a rich club.
What? Do you even know what you're talking about? Because I think you really don't. In terms of owner wealth, Como are by far the richest club in Italy.
Behind Como there is an Indonesian conglomerate called Djarum Group which is owned by two billionaires brothers, Robert and Michael Hartono. Those two have a combined net worth of almost $50 billions. No other Italian club has such wealthy owners.

Let's see how this will affect Como's budget. At the moment, the search tells me that Como is in 9th place in terms of wage bill in Serie A. You have to admit, this is still far from the top  Wink The fact that Como has rich owners is very cool, Serie A has long suffered from underfunding (compared to the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga) and this has a negative impact on Italian football. Como is currently soaring like a rocket from season to season. It remains to be seen whether the owners' enthusiasm will continue to invest in the club during periods of stagnation. Even now, serious investment is needed to avoid failure in the Champions League and maintain a top-four finish in Serie A.

Juventus is in search of a new striker after Vlahovic's finally leaving the team. Igor Jesus and Kolo Muani's names are stepping forward on the news lately.

I'm asking it to Juventus fans now. Do you think any of these names would be beneficial for your team? Isn't both of them average strikers? Probably Juventus wants to handle this transfer by paying as less money as possible...
I must admit that Kolo Muani, during his 6-month-loan at Juventus, put a lot of heart for the team. For sure he did better than I expected. He is not a great player but for the Serie A's current level he can be a good signing, but I wouldn't spend more than 35 millions for him.

Igor Thiago played well for one season, the last one, and it looks like the club wants 80-90 millions for him, Juventus would never spend that amount of money for such player. That is a Chelsea or Manchester United move, not Juventus'.

The least I can advise him is to remain there in Como, he's a good player no doubt but who exactly can he bench in that Real Madrid team, if he take because Real Madrid is a big name and want to move there, then I will tell him that might probably be the worse mistake he'd ever made, he should at least remain in that Como team at least half of the season, that will increase his value and make some other teams become more interested in him then he can choose a club that befits him, than moving to Real Madrid because he will remain in the bench despite what.

Remaining in Como instead of going back to Real Madrid to compete in the first team is a good decision and would benefit his development because he's already guaranteed a position in Como's first team but at Real Madrid he'll likely be at the bench expecting the coach to give him opportunity which would slow down his development.

Fortunately for Como they have what Real Madrid would've used in convincing Paz to come back which is Champions League football but Como is also in the Competition and since Paz is loved by the coach and fans he'll definitely start in every Champions League match Como plays.
Honestly, I think Nico Paz is a very good player, but he won't have the same success he would have at Real Madrid. He's good, but he still needs a lot more. I hope he doesn't regret it, because every player who rejects Real Madrid always regrets it and wishes they could turn back time so they wouldn't reject such a tremendous offer.
That's not exactly the case for Nico. Because he had a Real Madrid career and became convinced that he wasn't getting as much playing time as he wanted there. I don't think he will regret this decision in the future. Perhaps his path will lead him back to Real Madrid later.
I think that Nico Paz has made the right decision because he was constantly neglected while playing for Real Madrid, meaning he had to sit on the bench, but he has integrated brilliantly into the Italian club Como and has been able to contribute greatly to the progress of this club. As far as I know, Como from the Italian league has got a chance to the upcoming UEFA Champions League and this player has made an incredible contribution here too. We also noticed that this young player has been able to show his talent in the Italian club, which is why Como did not turn down the offer to sell by Real Madrid and everyone may have noticed that the Como team has already purchased this player.

Amorim never became a defensive manager, he never did park the bus, he always attacked no matter what the cost was and when it did not worked, then he ended up losing to even fourth division team, because that's the risk you are taking when you are playing against smaller teams by giving that much free space behind.

And they did not have great defenders neither, so they ended up losing. I think this could work for Milan when they are playing against weaker teams, attacking a lot would be great, but on bigger teams, like the top five, it s going to be very tough.

Nico Paz future has now been decided and he will remain at Como for another season. This statement was also confirmed on Nico Paz Instagram account. After careful consideration, he decided that the best option for his career at this time was to stay at Como, especially since Como is the club that gave him the opportunity to develop and become the player he is today.

Real Madrid has also made an official statement. An agreement was reached at Nico's request, but it still includes a buy-back clause. In my opinion, this move makes sense for all parties. Nico Paz gets playing time, Como keeps their star and Real Madrid retains control of Nico Paz future.
