That's because Nico Paz isn't part of Mourinho long term project. If Mourinho says he wants Nico Paz in the Real Madrid squad, Como can't stop him. Even if Nico Paz remains at Como, Madrid has full control over him as per the terms of the agreement with a buy-out clause. If Madrid were to take him back and sell him for a high price, that would be perfectly acceptable and Como would have to agree. But Madrid doesn't seem to want to do that and will let Nico Paz stay at Como, especially since Nico Paz has become as great as he is now thanks to Como giving him a chance.

The agreement reached between Como, Madrid and Nico Paz is certainly good for Como especially with Como playing in the Champions League next season. Como could still be a dark horse in the competition as the Como squad is still strong if not even better, especially with Nico Paz remaining at Como for another year.

I agree with everything you’ve said, because that’s exactly what I think too.
At Real Madrid, Nico Paz would find it very difficult to secure a place in the starting line-up, and what’s more, the first mistake he made would see him immediately relegated to the bench.

Como was at Serie B only like 3 years ago or something, or 4 years ago, something like that. They reached Serie A and then suddenly they are now in top four and going to UCL, which is a huge deal and people should realize they are not that much ready for it. I am guessing that the most likely result will be that they are not going to be at top 24, they are going to just play the group stages and then leave, that is the most common assumption.

However, if we somehow see them get some more players, then maybe they can barely get in. Still, they needed Nico because this season is the biggest season in COMO's history and there is no way they can let their best player leave, they need to keep him and get even better so they can have a fighting chance.

Yes this is true that como was in the serie B few years ago and than they make their reach possible in the serie A which was a very good thought for all the como fans. But now this time they are just successful to make their place or position in the top four spots and successfully qualified for the champions league. And I think como is the first team which makes such efforts and achieve this good position as compared to the other teams of their calibre. And this team is very dedicated they can do even more good if they just get dome new talented players because this is the very eager need of the team como. You're not wrong at all. Napoli have made plenty of mistakes, and constantly changing managers has been one of the biggest reasons they've looked so inconsistent. Now they've finally brought in a coach with plenty of serie A experience. Even so, a lot of people are still worried that if Allegri doesn't get good results, he could end up getting sacked too.

So, if Napoli want instant success but keep changing managers after a short time, that's simply not going to happen.

Apart from spending big, there are other factors that can as well attract players to Como. Cesc Fabregas has proven to be very good at developing young talents, that's a very good attraction to young promising talents.
If Como can achieve what we saw from them last season by finishing in the top four of the Italian Serie A and qualifying to play in next season's UEFA Champions League competition after just two years of getting promoted to the Italian top-flight, don't you think they'll even achieve more with more quality players?

The fact that they managed to finish in 4th place and qualify for the European Champions League could lead players who like teams that play in the Champions League to accept a move to Como. And if the coach manages to get Como to do well in the European Champions League and fight for the title, then Como would be very well regarded by all the players. Everything will depend on this season, whether Como manages to fight for the title or not. If they fall to positions outside of Champions League qualification, then their success last season will have been just luck.

His understanding with Como's players is very good. In the 2024-25 season, he scored 6 goals and 8 assists. Last season , he managed to score 12 goals and  6 assists. He is gradually becoming more experienced, and we can see his performance improving.

Nico Paz is only 21 years old. Madrid will not give such a young forward a place in the starting XI. They are  interested in buying Nico to strengthen the bench. They will use Nico whenever a player gets injured. As a result, Nico Paz will not get much opportunity.

No one knows how Como’s league campaign will unfold next season, they were an excellent team last season, ultimately finishing the campaign with a satisfying result. There's more than just one or two teams I know of that were only good for a single season, the most obvious example is Leicester City. They failed to keep their PL survival hopes alive which is why they're currently playing in the lower leagues, if Fabregas fails to keep the team's hopes alive, they could well face relegation next season.

Como has really good young talents like him now. But they need to make some moves for good and experienced players also if they want to do well in the Champions League next season.

I don't know about you all but i will be supporting Ruben Amorim and AC Milan next season when tue Seria A officially kicks off. I have been a long time fan of Legendary defender Paulo Maldini but I have never decided to he a Milan fan until Ruben Amorim was appointed recently. He has been in touch with few good names to draw them into Milan, they'll be very competitive and with the experience of Luka Modric  I'm confident they'll compete hard under Ruben Amorim.

Napoli on the other side appointed Max Allegri. The same recycling of managers as they've always done lol.

the wealth of a club in this new world of football is very important, and i believe that there is nothing better than an ownership where there is no shortage of money, in fact Nico Paz has decided to stay, but because the project is very solid and there is a great prospect behind it, if he was in another team he would most likely have left.
