I can't remember one important thing that Amorim dis at Manchester United to rate his work to be exceptional, before coming to Manchester United he was known to be a great manager but he failed at United because he wasn't using the right strategy that would work for the team instead he kept on using the same pattern that wasn't working for the team. He is already the coach of AC Milan for his to be recognized as a good manager he will need to prove himself let his results do the talking for him in his new club.
Oh God, i don't think so, after the previous disastrous coach Amorim brought Manchester United back to the Champions League, i wouldn't really speak of a failure, rather of a miracle in reviving the Red Devils team. So i think he did a pretty decent job.

I don't like Amorim, I just think he's very lucky as a coach, so for me he's just a mediocre coach Milan, who are all mediocre in management, could only take a poor coach anyway, in two months they'll change it and get another one.. like they do in these years Although they have a little more rest, we should not think so because the goal and statement of every coach is that he tries his best to work hard and struggle for his team. Amorim has tried a lot for his position and these players have also done all this for the development of Amorim. But still we do not consider them better than those coaches who are developing a lot. Obviously they do not have many fans, so they will have a poor coach, but if he gives good experience, even a poor one can do a lot for the strength of his team. Despite this, their team did not develop much. If they continued to play better, their team could have been quite successful and even if they cannot improve the team during the season, their situation will remain the same as we saw in the last season. They should arrange some more fans so that their performance can improve and they can fulfill their fans with it.

If previously Amorim had been successful with United, I don't think he would have been fired. So, who actually got United to qualify for the Champions League? Now, Amorim is with a new team that will give him a new coaching experience. Just like United's situation, now Milan isn't in a good place either. Amorim has a job to finish in a short amount of time.

I understand why Milan and Amorim combination may make people feel bad. After all, Amorim got fired for being bad at United and Carrick replaced him and they became good, which may make people consider Amorim as a bad manager.
On top of that Milan reached second place for most of the season but then finished out of top four because they were terrible on the last 1+ month and the most recent memory people have is them constantly losing. So if you combine those two, of course people will not have great ideas about this two.
I see it from a different perspective. I attribute Milan’s drop in performance last season, they were in second place but finished outside the top four at the end of the season, to the fact that they lacked squad depth, making it difficult to maintain consistent performance. This season, Milan will be coached by Amorim, and in my opinion, Amorim isn’t a bad coach. Yes, he was fired from Manchester United, but he’s actually not a bad coach, it’s just that his tactics might not have been a good fit for the Premier League, which led to the team’s poor performance. However, let’s get back to Milan. If Milan and Amorim can perform well this season and compete for the title, then Milan needs to sign quality players and build a deep, strong squad so the team can perform consistently throughout the season.

Juventus needs to start to change his image, a few years ago facing Juventus was an automatic lose for you and a win for them, they were like the Bayern Munich of Italy and they also were doing super seasons in the champions league reaching the final for example, but right now they are complete garbage, they barely reach some european spots and nobody fears them anymore.
Juventus is really in a very bad condition and it seems that they are also not doing any efforts to resume their performance as they were before. They were on a very strong position and also have a strong squad which helps them to stand in the top position and now they are very eagerly need to be on that same place. And I think they will not change their position until they don't underline such factors which are responsible for their damage and great failure. If the team is really willing to have a healthy and bright future they needs to take such strong decision which can change their destiny. Am still waiting to hear how many potential players they will sign in this summer season, because if they fail to sign new players to add to their club it will still make the club to display low performance next season. Juventus can still maintain the top in the next season if their management will be ready to spend money to invite young potential players to join Juventus, because they are financially capable to invite any player and sign the player to Juventus to improve the club. Maybe Juventus management think this current players can display strength that will make Juventus to top Inter Milan and other clubs in Italian league tournament next season, but that is a wrong thinking, because Juventus need new players to improve.

Everyone gets the result they're committed to, so it's not a question of being there, because being there and not bringing the result home is also relative. In the Champions League if you are there you have to give your best without saving on anything, especially fatigue. Even if Como has finished, they will have to compete with significantly better-prepared teams, especially in that competition. Do you think they will be able to keep up the pace? It's all about mentality that even big teams like Milan, Roma, Juventus occasionally lose along the way. I don't know, football has certainly changed but i don't think its appropriate to say that age no longer matters, i think it still matters a lot, in fact there are talented young people who will do much more than what older players can do, this is something more than certain, but there are those who still pay for experience.

Yes, I also don't appreciate them too much, because competing in the Champions League is much more difficult than competing in Serie A because they will face some of the strongest clubs in Europe and the level of competition is much higher. and if they are able to survive with such competition, that means that the squad they have built is genuinely strong enough to compete in European competitions. but if in the end they have to be eliminated in the early rounds, it means that they are not yet very worthy to compete in the Champions League. but that is not a failure, because they are only competing in the Champions League for the first time so it is natural that they fail.. as long as the team continues to improve, and shows that it belongs at that level, I'd still consider the season a positive step forward.
But things happen for a reason. If they have the level to qualify, it's time they face teams that are truly the best in Europe from each league. That's what it's about. This time they have to show that it wasn't just luck that got them there to qualify, but something they truly deserved. Otherwise, I think they wouldn't be doing anything at all. We have to wait because we can't get ahead of ourselves.

Como has a billionaire owner, they will not face what Girona faced, they will have enough money to throw money at a problem. They will try their best this season and if they do fine then they will be happy but if they look like they are doing badly, then on winter break they will spend some 100 million or whatever and fix whatever is going wrong. They have that kind of money and for that reason they won't face issues.
Look at what happened with Nico Paz, they wanted to keep him, so they paid whatever Madrid asked and they kept him, Girona couldn't do stuff like that. This isn't about Spain vs Italy, this isn't about the league quality difference or anything like that, this is more about how Como is way richer than Girona.

I see Milan very well with this new coach, i honestly know that i have to expect a great return, certainly with Amorim who has hard training in store for them, the objective is certainly a return to the Champions League but it is not certain that they can also aim to win the championship.

What pretty decent job are you actually talking about, the last time I checked Ruben Amorim was a total failure at Manchester United so there's nothing decent about his time at Manchester United, he was a total disaster, same team he failed to win with, was the same team Michael Carrick used to perform wonders and yet you still believe he had a decent job at Manchester United, fine the players he signed was the players Michael Carrick use to excel, and that only proves the level of low IQ he had in terms of managing big teams, so let this Amorim case slide.

Como have qualified for the CL as we all know... As they have a rich owner too I just hope they would be more convincing for better players to sign for them. They have a really great project working smoothly so far. With Fabregas bigger achievements are possible. I don't mean the CL title of course but a Serie A title in the future... Why not?

Having money is not enough, but the ability to use that money properly is also necessary. The way Como is performing and improving themselves so far seems to have that ability. If they can use the money properly in the upcoming season, they might do something good. But I don't think they will be able to do anything good in the Champions League right now. Rather, just winning a few matches will be enough for them. They can show their ability in the Italian league, and it wouldn't be surprising if they win the Scudetto or even finish second. It would be a mistake to wait until the winter break to increase the depth of the team, because by then it will be too late. They should try to increase the depth of the team from the beginning of the season, so that they can fight for the Champions League and the Italian league from the beginning.

It was a huge controversy. Napoli fans hated him after that, they burned his shirt and even threw it into the toilet. He had an incredible season with Napoli and also performed very well at Juventus. A great striker, but a bad person...Maradona never did something like that. When he left Napoli, he moved to Sevilla.

Amorim was a complete failure with Manchester United. He got a lot of opportunities. He also got big funds to buy players. Amorim also added players to the squad according to his own choice. Even then we have not seen any improvement in manchester united's performance. That is why Amorim was fired. AC Milan should have given the responsibility to someone more experienced. But they have put their trust in Amorim. It is not possible to say for sure whether he will be successful. But the scenario of premier league and Serie A is different. The style of the teams is also different. So amorim has the potential to do well in serie A. If milan can qualify for the champions league then this will be considered as Amorim's success.

Italian teams have never been easy to challenge, in fact in all the matches they gave a lot of trouble, even in modern times, in reality Inter also put Barcelona to the test by eliminating them from the Champions League, so i don't think they are really that calm when they challenge an Italian.
Como team is the one who makes their entry possible in the champions league by their will power and by their determination and there is no doubt in this fact. But this is not indicate that to expect too much from the como and starting to assume that they will win the champions league as well. This us true that they are doing good but I think the fact is that they are not in the position where they can win the title of the champions this will be too much if anyone will think like that. They will try to have their best and I think they will do but its for everyone to expect from them according to their stamina and this is the best way to support the favourite team. This is what seems and the one can imagine but nothing is accurately predicted so may be the things can get so high and so down as well

Inter are doing really nice things with a young manager like Chivu. He came without proving his skills yet. However he turned out to be a really good manager for this team. He is great for the Serie A but for the Champions League he needs experience... That elimination against Bodø/Glimt was inexplicable! Next time they should be better than that for a team that qualified for the finale there 2 times in the recent years.

It’s really disappointing what happened with Inter Milan’s journey in the Champions League, but Chivu still deserves appreciation because he’s a young coach and he’s already shown good quality. So I think Chivu just needs a little time to work on making the team better, and I’m sure if the team management keeps supporting Chivu, there’s a chance they can improve further, and of course their goal of competing fiercely in Europe is definitely achievable.

I would be positive about Amorim coaching Milan because it's impossible for Milan to hire just any coach especially when they're in a slump. Of course, Milan management recruited Amorim with careful consideration. Furthermore, Milan management doesn't seem to be looking at Amorim failure at Manchester United as a benchmark. Coaching Manchester United is indeed a difficult job, given the intense pressure, high expectations and a squad in transition. So, when Amorim failed at Manchester United, Milan didn't see him as a bad manager. Furthermore, many top coaches have fallen at big clubs but have bounced back after moving on and that's a benchmark for Milan. Yes, Milan is indeed going through a difficult period, failing to qualify for the Champions League despite competing with Inter Milan early in the season. It's understandable that many people are skeptical about Amorim ability to lift Milan next season. But Milan management seems to be looking at this from a different perspective, as it's a great opportunity for Amorim to build a new foundation for Milan and effectively implement his ideas to garner support from all parties. However, building a strong Milan takes time not an instant miracle. Hopefully, Milan can be patient with the process.
