Serie A's system is one of the worst in UEFA, even though they have a great history and also too many big names who are going to be remembered for a long time, but now suddenly things are going out of the way they fail to bring required changes and have good improvement.

Some time back I always regarded this league as the best after the Premier League, but now it's the worst. Organizers fail to have enough changes, which can make a big difference now that their big clubs are also in deep trouble due to finances and quality levels, which bring them down in big competitions.
