The easiest way to know a good coach is through his coaching style and the nature of players they have in their team. If a team is still struggling among big teams, if they succeed and defeat or finish above big teams in their respective leagues.

For Como to finish above AC Milan and Juventus in their respective leagues Serie A last season it shows that Fabregas has done a good job with the young talented players they have, and I can see that they have tried to sign some good players to strengthen their team since they have qualified to play in the Champions League next season, it is a good job to be able to keep these players despite the demand from some big teams.

For me this was the wierdest decision in this transfer window,its really shocking that Real Madrid dosent see Nico Paz in their team,the guy was simply incredible and i think this is a huge mistake for Real Madrid and a huge jackpot for Como. Madrid certainly don't want this player, if they did they would have brought him back to their team under their new manager Jose Mourinho next season, actually we think the Argentine player doesn't want to return to Madrid which is why Como have kept him in their squad as he scored around 13 goals in Serie A and Coppa Italia last season.

We think Como's aim is to push themselves further and reinvent themselves in the prestigious Champions League, which is why they are picking up the best stars, as they have already signed the England defender from the Blues, if the Italian club adds more players in this transfer window then they will be able to compete more aggressively in the upcoming Serie A.

In fact, Real Madrid had previously activated Nico Paz’s buyback clause, which was valued at just 10 million euros. However, Como sought to reacquire him on a permanent basis, and as it happened, Real Madrid needed fresh funds for several other transfers they required and prioritized. I don't think it's weird for Real Madrid not to take Nico Paz back. It's exactly what I expected them to do. Nico is a very good young player, but Madrid don't need him. If they take him back, it would just be to have a good player in their squad because he won't play much. He would have to compete for playing time with Bellingham, Arda Guler and Brahim Diaz. And we all know that unless Bellingham is injured, he is the owner of that AM position, while Guler and Diaz compete for the right wing. So there is really no chance for Nico. If he wanted to go to Madrid and fight for a place as a squad player, that would have been fine, but why should he do that when he can be a starter and major part of the team for a manager that knows what he's doing and a club that is growing and building a good project?
