The leagues haven't even started yet. Therefore, we need to see at least half the season to definitively say who will be relegated. Last year, teams that were at the bottom of the league halfway through managed to recover. So, discussing who will be relegated right now isn't very sensible. It's more logical to discuss who will be champion, because the teams with a chance of winning are already well-known. There are many teams that are candidates for relegation. Of course, teams with better finances and resources will be able to stay in the league more easily.

It's still early to say that they will be relegated, but there are teams that are not well equipped for the Serie A championship. It will be a good challenge and we'll see who will be more competitive to win the championship, it could be a 4 or 5-way fight to win the championship. The challenge of not being relegated will also be exciting.
For the past few years, we've already seen intense battles for the championship in Italy. This allows us to enjoy the football we watch even more. Frankly, I would prefer a competitive and unpredictable league like Italy's to one like France or Germany, where the champion is already decided. Next year, I want to see Champions League performance from Juventus and Milan. This year, both of them dropped out of the Champions League qualification zone in the final week.
That unpredictable part of Seria A is particularly what makes it interesting. Last season showed that nothing is certain until the final weeks. Teams that looked safe got dragged into relegation fights and others that seemed out of it found a way to survive. The fight for the title is usually tight too. You don't see that in leagues where the same team wins every year. Italy keeps things open, which makes every match count, unlike League 1 where PSG seems to be the boss in the league. But that unpredictability could also be a factor why Italian clubs constantly struggle in European competitions. They don't always adapt well to the faster pace of European competitions. They are more used to grinding out results in a more defensive pattern of play and when they meet a team with a different style of play, like a more transitioning teams like Arsenal or Bayern, they find it difficult to scale through.

Perhaps Italian teams and managers need to change their playing style. Inter reached the Champions League final two years ago, competing against Paris Saint-Germain. They put up a great fight to get there, eliminating Barcelona in the semi-finals. However, last year no Italian team played promisingly. This year, things need to change. I'm sure they've been working on identifying the problem. We see that the competition in Italy is very enjoyable and makes watching Serie A matches more enjoyable. We don't get that enjoyment in other leagues. If every league were this competitive and exciting, every league would be more enjoyable to watch.

no the problem is that they don't let young Italian kids play
we no longer invest in the youth, we no longer invest in the youth
a player becomes good by playing

unless you are a natural talent like Maradona, Zidane, etc. but those are very rare, then there are players who work very hard and are established and appreciated professionals (like Cristiano Ronaldo for example)

Exactly, José Mourinho is unlikely to keep him on the bench, perhaps at first. But spending such a crazy sum on a reserve isn't Real Madrid's style. However, this does not mean that the player will not have difficulty adjusting to a new championship, new rhythms and new strategies. The media pressure on him will be incredible. Will he be able to handle it all?

There's something called aura and you hear about it when players go to a top club, which is that feeling of pressure and tension you have once you go to a top club, because you feel like you owe something, you feel like you have to give more, you feel like you have to prove that you're there for a reason. This is what makes the difference and this is the pressure that all the players feel.

I also think it's too early to talk about who will be relegated from Serie A. Of course, it's possible that some of the newcomers will be near the relegation zone or fighting for survival. But there are also teams in Serie A that finished the season very poorly and aren't doing well internally or financially. Therefore, discussing who might be relegated to Serie B is too early and, I think even pointless.

But the championship hasn't even started yet, there's absolutely no question of who can be relegated. It is normal for a newly promoted team to still be at a disadvantage compared to a team at the top of the table. If we look at the statistics, this is normal. But in football you should never say never. Anything is possible, anything can happen.

I agree, we've seen many times how newly promoted teams play very well in the first few weeks and finish high in the standings. We might see similar things next season as well; it's not really fair to talk about which team is worse before the league even starts. What's important is how successful the team's cohesion is in the first few weeks. Teamwork is more valuable than individual talent, and that's exactly what allows teams with weak squads to finish in the top 10 Smiley

Since I am a Juventus fan, I kept one eye on today's Juventus vs Chelsea friendly match played in Hong Kong while working. The pitch condition wasn't the best and since this was a friendly, the result doesn't really matter. Most of the players considered fit enough got their chance today. I am happy for Zhegrova. He finally did something right after last season's bad performances. He scored the game-winning goal and it was a beautiful one.

If Juve doesn't win any tropies in Italy or Europe this season, at least they are the Hong Kong Football Festival champions. The trophy that actually matters. Grin

Fabregas is indeed a good coach, and despite his young age, he always has good strategies and techniques. Como's performance is indeed getting better and better. It seems possible that Como could finish in a good position next season, as you mentioned, in third place. But we'll see what happens.

Como could indeed qualify for the knockout stages, as Como's strength is certainly not to be underestimated, but we'll see what happens. However, I think Como being able to play in the Champions League is also a great achievement, as this season's UCL is Como's first season in the Champions League.

As i was saying, you have to be a united team, which is what Como has chosen to do, and despite no top player in particular, they have managed to create a team of modest players, but who work together. They created a perfectly functioning gear. This makes Como exactly the team they are and i expect nothing less this year, as they have also strengthened their squad.

Naaa!   Grin
I know this is a joke but nobody considers it worthy.
I was confident Juventus wins today because Spalletti managed them for quite some time already last season even before the season came to an end. I still think they need to add two more players to their squad list. Joshua Zirkzee from Manchester United was mentioned according to a sports journalist. It is rumoured he knows the league and will want to make a return. I don't know, but he did perform well with Bologna.

Why are Manchester United fans hate watching Ruben Amorim this way?! Not a single lose in his pre-season and they be raining ill words on him.

I don't think it's weird for Real Madrid not to take Nico Paz back. It's exactly what I expected them to do. Nico is a very good young player, but Madrid don't need him. If they take him back, it would just be to have a good player in their squad because he won't play much. He would have to compete for playing time with Bellingham, Arda Guler and Brahim Diaz. And we all know that unless Bellingham is injured, he is the owner of that AM position, while Guler and Diaz compete for the right wing. So there is really no chance for Nico. If he wanted to go to Madrid and fight for a place as a squad player, that would have been fine, but why should he do that when he can be a starter and major part of the team for a manager that knows what he's doing and a club that is growing and building a good project? There is nothing weird about it for me. Madrid got 60 million from him, and in future, they can get him for 80 million, meaning they would buy him for a net price of 20 million.

I am of the opinion that Nico Paz did very well in choosing to return to Como and do another year in Serie A, where he is given the opportunity to express his football and demonstrate how much of a difference he can make, so as to be ready the next day when Real Madrid decide to start him. Because Real Madrid really needs a player who knows how to dribble in the middle of the pitch and who has an excellent vision of the game like the young Nico Paz.

Seeing a juventus fan celebrate the Hong Kong festival pre season championship show how massive the club have dropped. Juventus is a club that we use to know in dominating the Italian football, but now juventus have to struggle to even get a champions league football. On the other hand it wasn’t a bad game today, at least they defended very well, but The overall performance needs to improve.

Next season I’m still in a huge doubt if juventus will do well in the league, they have been disappointing this transfer window, I expected them to get good players but instead we are seeing the board being in Kolo Muani, a player who had a terrible season at Tottenham. I won’t be too quick to judge, so I will wait and see how the club perform next season.

Well, even though preseason results can’t be used as a benchmark for evaluating the performance of either team, I agree that it would be great for boosting the morale of players who previously lacked confidence and haven’t yet shown their true potential. Besides, in the preseason, players who rarely get playing time are often given the chance to play and showcase their strengths.

As for Juventus’ current coach, Spalletti. remember when he coached Napoli? He may not have immediately led Napoli to glory in his first season as coach, but Spalletti has always been able to improve a team’s performance over time, helping the teams he coaches reach their peak again. If Juventus gives him enough time and provides a strong enough roster, I’m confident Spalletti will make the most of it.

I am sure Spalletti would rather have the management sell J. David and bring another big and powerful attacker instead. The media has been speculating about Sorloth of Atletico Madrid, but I doubt he will come. That's another €40 mil transfer operation and Juve can't do that without a major sale first. Mateo Pellegrino from Parma is an alternative. We will see. David has been nowhere close to the performances he showed when playing for Lille ever since signing for Juve.

I thought the smiley I placed at the end of my post would be enough for everyone to know that I was joking and being sarcastic. Apparently it wasn't.

Juventus have finally signed Randall Kolo Muani and this will help them and paired with Johnathan David, the team will enjoy a good striking force as both men are poachers in front of goal. I really look forward to watching them when season starts.

Seeing a juventus fan celebrate the Hong Kong festival pre season championship show how massive the club have dropped.
I thought the smiley I placed at the end of my post would be enough for everyone to know that I was joking and being sarcastic. Apparently it wasn't.

I don’t think Juventus will let J. David go.
Last season they signed him as the solution to their attacking problems, and I’m convinced they still hold that view.
In reality, however, the player hasn’t really lived up to his potential – could he do so this year? Perhaps, because by now he should have settled in. It won’t be easy to sell him either, unless there are buyers willing to take him on.

Nico Paz, in my opinion, is one of the most improved Argentinian players in recent years. He was actually performing well at Real Madrid, but he didn't want to be a reserve in a squad with so many high-quality players. He had a fantastic year with Como last year, and I would like to see him play similarly this year. He also has the chance to prove himself in the Champions League this year. If they play against Real Madrid, I'm sure he'll want to be one of Como's best players on the field. I would like to see a Como-Real Madrid match-up.

We'll see this season whether Fabregas can once again lead Como to a top-four challenge or whether he will drag them down to a worse position at the end of the season.
The match schedule will be increasingly congested, and I believe their involvement in the Champions League will slightly impact the team's performance, given the need for a strong squad for that competition.
I have no doubts about Fabregas' ability, but without the support of quality players, it will be a little more difficult for him to keep up. A season is a long time, and it will affect the team's overall performance if the squad depth is not adequate.

So, we know very well that in Serie A it is always very complicated to get into the top four, especially because they are very coveted positions and very difficult to reach. Como had a very important season, we will need to understand what they prefer to focus on, whether the championship or the Champions League. Maybe. Fabregas, however, I'm sure he will do his best to ensure that Como expresses its best football.

Not so aggressive I think, but we know that they will perform better with the new line up that they have since they got some new players who are fresher and have better abilities compared to their previous roster. So we will see that COMO is more capable and will prove that they are worthy to compete in both Serie A and the Champions League.. not like what many people say that they only rely on luck to get this far.. but they can have a more solid squad and have real ability to compete.

I don't want to denigrate last year's Como in any way because they managed to obtain formidable results, managing to qualify for the Champions League, but this year's team is more inclined to sacrifice and the possibility of playing in two different tournaments at the same time, giving the players the opportunity to rest.

Grin
Juventus is a big team in Italy with a long history. Juventus chances of winning the Italian league this season are very good. Juventus striker Kenan Yildiz, a young player from Turkey. will also mature this season He just needs more trust from his teammates. Last season, they finished 6 in the Serie A standings with 69 points from 19 wins, 12 draws, and 7 losses. In my opinion, Juventus will be better this season as proven in their friendly match, they won against Chelsea. The players are developing, the team game is getting more solid. Juventus is very ready to take on the league in my opinion.

Como surprised everyone with their performance last season, and if they can start this season a little better prepared, I think everyone will be very impressed. It's very difficult to predict how far they can go in European matches; the quality of the players is not bad at all, but they may not be as good as expected.

Fabregas is a young player who inspires confidence in everyone. I think he will do whatever it takes to make this team even better

I believe that Fabregas wants to start as he finished, with a very offensive team that will immediately be ready not to lose points, will immediately be ready to attack and remain one of the most offensive teams of the season. And he will also demonstrate this in the Champions League.

I'm very curious to see how this new Como will play.

They definitely won't have time to rest in the new season. ) But seriously, I think it would be great for Como to finish in the top four again this season, earning a Champions League spot. If Fabricos manages to repeat this achievement, I'll consider it a significant improvement for Como, I think that's where they should focus most. They're unlikely to achieve anything in the Champions League, I'm not even sure they'll be able to get out of the group.
