I don’t think Juventus will let J. David go.
Last season they signed him as the solution to their attacking problems, and I’m convinced they still hold that view.
In reality, however, the player hasn’t really lived up to his potential – could he do so this year? Perhaps, because by now he should have settled in. It won’t be easy to sell him either, unless there are buyers willing to take him on.

Only time will tell. One thing is for sure, though. With Kolo Muani at the club now, it doesn't look like David will be a starter. And if they bring in a similar attacker like David, his playing time will be greatly limited. Jonathan is a great opportunity to score some valuable capital gains points. He came to Juventus last season on a free transfer and if a good offer were to arrive, I think they would sell him. As you said, he hasn't live up to the hype.

Juventus has a lot of strikers and lately in the last couple of seasons they have been getting them a lot. All these strikers didnt do much,the only guy who did something was Vlahovic and even he didnt score much. If they could sell David they will probobly do it. Juventus is currently missing a striker that can score a lot of goals,because currently from what they are having is not enough and they arent good enough at all.

Sometimes Vlahovic was good too, you said that well. Now Kolo Muani has come back again and we'll see if he can do something once more... I remember when Juventus had Mandzukic, Tevez, Vucinic, and many other great strikers. Now, changes are necessary and Juventus needs to get back to its old ways.

Vlahovic is a different matter altogether; he’s now at loggerheads with the board, and the board would be only too happy to sell him or let him leave because his wages are sky-high and he’s not delivering as much as the board had hoped!

It's been like that for a long time. It's obvious that he's not happy with the salary he's gets either. Unfortunately, I was hoping he'd be in good form. Honestly, he hasn't shown much for the Serbian national team either, but somehow i know he has talent and that this poor form is only temporary. I hope he'll find a club where he'll play well again

I don’t think he’s unhappy with the salary he’s on! 13 million a year in Serie A is an enormous sum! In fact, he’s the highest-paid player in Serie A, yet he performs less well than Inter’s Bonny, who earns 12 times less.

He’d be better off at a club like Como or Atalanta, where he’d be the first-choice striker and the whole team would play around him.

But it’s unlikely he’d accept a move to a club like Como at this stage.

They put up a great fight to get there, eliminating Barcelona in the semi-finals. However, last year no Italian team played promisingly. This year, things need to change. I'm sure they've been working on identifying the problem. We see that the competition in Italy is very enjoyable and makes watching Serie A matches more enjoyable. We don't get that enjoyment in other leagues. If every league were this competitive and exciting, every league would be more enjoyable to watch.

When you point out Inter Milan out of the league, the rest of the club's seem to be underperforming for a while now. As for last season, even Inter Milan could not escape from this. Only Atalanta club did some pretty good work by reaching to the round of 16 later to be removed by Club Brugge. Inter, Juventus and AC Milan all went off the competition at the knockout rounds with Inter being defeated by Bodo/Glimt, Juventus eliminated by PSV and AC Milan eliminated by Feyenoord without getting to qualify for the round of 16 which is actually poor for the league

we should talk about merits, but for those we have to wait until the start of the new season to understand how the teams will relate to the game in this championship. Last year Como certainly deserved to participate in the Champions League more than Milan and Juventus. Next year will be a completely different game and another championship to evaluate.

Every season, the strength of all the teams keeps changing. And I think Como itself could change as well. Last season and the season before that, we were always impressed by Como’s performance, but will they remain the same next season? We don’t know. They might improve, stay the same as last season, or even get weaker.

However, at least I’m glad the team hasn’t lost Nico Paz, who’s been their key player. Besides that, I’m pleased to see the team is developing the talents of its young players, which means they’re committed to a long-term project. This is a departure from previous seasons, when in my opinion the team was filled with veteran players rather than young ones.

The arrival of Andrés Cuenca, who was signed permanently from Barcelona on a long-term contract through 2030, has also made me feel that the team truly has a well-thought-out plan. And I believe that Yan Couto, on loan from Dortmund, will become a reliable player, and Como will then be able to sign him permanently next season.

Fiorentina made a good signing. They've signed Franco Mastantuono on a 1 year loan from Real Madrid. But I don't see if there's a buyout option. They'll benefit from him for a year, but Real Madrid will take him back. He got playing time in 23 matches last season. He didn't contribute goals on offense, but we know he's a good and promising player. Moving to a place where he could play more was the most logical move. He'll get the playing time he wants at Fiorentina. He'll return with Serie A experience on his resume.

Franco Mastantuono is a young talent who could become a long-term mainstay. Fiorentina should also request an option to sign this player permanently. But I don’t think Real Madrid will allow that. After all, this 18-year-old is like any other “wonderkid” he’s simply too valuable to let go permanently. So Real Madrid always plays it smart: when they know they don’t have an open spot where he can develop, they loan him out. Fiorentina will certainly benefit somewhat from his presence, though I’d prefer they sign him permanently.

In addition to Franco Mastantuono, it seems Fiorentina has also signed Tommaso Vannucchi on loan, another young player. However, I don’t know much about this young goalkeeper yet.

The problem is that the Italian league is not that competitive like before, and that is why almost everyone in the Italian league hardly does well in the Champions League, even when they are playing in Serie A. If anyone has been following the league, they will know that the Italian league is not that competitive anymore. Before, the Italian league was the top competition in Europe but I am not sure maybe they are still  that level with the way they are performing in European competitions currently.

The only strongest team in Serie A that is always expected to do well is Inter Milan, and even then, they messed up last season because, with their squad, I was not expecting them to be eliminated in the Round of 16. What I was just thinking was that maybe they did not want to risk too much, as they did in the last two seasons when they focused heavily on the Champions League and lost all the trophies they had a higher chance of winning. However, as they won Serie A last season, it is possible that they will likely focus more on the Champions League.

This cycle has repeated itself over the past few seasons, and it clearly shows that Juventus needs to bring in better new players. That’s thy facts about Juventus. The lack of consistency is one of their biggest problems that is why we can see when season start they will be doing fine, but once the season is gone far a little they begin performing poorly and that kind of things is not letting a team performance to advance, their coach knows what is good for the team and is there wasting time no-know  what to decide.

But Juventus has had one problem all along that has prevented them from signing the best players. Well, their financial issues and budget constraints in the transfer market are nothing new. Quite often, the team has to sell some players first in order to buy new ones.

Since the team is facing the financial challenges, if that should be the case that they’ve to sell some of their players before they should get new players buy, they really need to act fast because there’s not enough time for the new season to begin this is the right moment to get done all their needs

It's been long since we last saw a Serie A team lift the champions league but still they have done a little bit well for themselves as a league. I'm even shocked and surprised to see them second, right behind English Premiership on the UEFA rankings. I was even thinking La Liga will be second but surprisingly it was Serie A. I really don't know how they did it but it's exactly what I saw. Compared to years in the last 5 years, last season was the worst for them as a league. They got 3 eliminated from just one round and Atlanta was the only team that went beyond R16 and was even eliminated in the next round. I hope they improve, because I have really missed the old Serie A, I talked about this this sometimes ago last month or two, I can't really remember.

Romelu Lukaku didn't return for pre-season games after the FIFA World Cup Competition and he has been linked with a move to an American side playing in the MLS league.

Max Allegri also has close talks with Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal. I see he has little confidence and trust in Rasmus Hojlund and this is not  the start of the season. If these talks are being held between player manager, then rest assured he will sign for Napoli. Not all managers like their striker and point man to be left footed, this could be the reason. I can't say what decision they take with Kevin De Bruyne, he made some remarks the sporting director considered unpleasant.

You're right, juventus has dropped in terms of performance sometimes I used to wonder if this is the same juventus I used to know back then? Although as at that time they have good players but now majority of those players has Left the club to a different club which I was expecting the coach to bring good replacement that will cover those spaces.

Although, juventus has signed several players this season let's see if there will be some changes in the team, I think it's hard time for them to sit up and fight for thier place because they are one of the best team in the italian league but their performance last season made people to see them as underdog.

It doesn't stop there, it's also reported that several clubs from the Saudi Professional League (SPL) are interested in him. Let's just see how this Romelu Lukaku saga ultimately plays out.

He was the player with the highest salary but no more. Like I said earlier, his contract with Juventus has expired and he is still without a club at the moment. The chances of him reaching an agreement with Como or Atalanta are very, very, small. Those clubs are more focused on player development and sales than taking in a high earner like Vlahović. They don't have the budget for him. It's now being speculated that he might go to Atletico Madrid if the club manages to offload Sorloth and get a €40 million offer for the Norwegian. Some Turkish clubs are also showing interest. My guess is that he won't get more than €7-8 million a year regardless of who signs him. I exclude Saudi clubs from this prediction.

To measure the overall condition of the team,, we need to wait until mid-season to get a clear picture of how the Serie A teams are competing.
Como demonstrated significant improvement last season, arguably earning a Champions League spot more than Milan or Juventus. However, there is no guarantee this will happen again, as they could face a situation where they fail to maintain the consistency they showed previously.
Milan and Juventus could well improve this season having conducted evaluations and made the right signings, they could build much more solid squads.

Fiorentina is making strong signings this year to avoid the relegation scare they experienced last season. Mastantuono is a young player who could prove valuable to the team. Como had previously signed Nico Paz on loan two years ago before acquiring him permanently this year; a similar scenario could unfold with Mastantuono. Real Madrid signed Diomande this year.

If Real has a successful season, Fiorentina might acquire Mastantuono on a permanent transfer next year.
The loan agreement does not include a purchase option, but everything depends on the performances shown this season.

Last season may indeed have been the worst season for Serie A clubs in the UCL. It was certainly unusual for Serie A teams to be eliminated so early.

But I hope the same thing doesn’t happen again this season. Besides, it seems like all the Serie A teams are currently trying to improve their performance through the new player signings they’re making.

For the upcoming season, we know that only Inter Milan, Napoli, Roma, and Como will be competing in the UCL. And honestly, I’m not setting my hopes too high, though I’d love to see a surprise from Como. I think this team has also made some solid moves in the transfer market. They’ve been quite active in scouting young players, unlike last season, when the team focused more on signing experienced players but now Como seems to be taking the next step. I’m really looking forward to seeing this team; hopefully, they won’t disappoint.

The transfer window didn't close after that, and Juventus can still acquire a good striker. They have that chance right now. They didn't extend Vlahovic's contract because they didn't get their money's worth. The club now has to make more radical decisions because performance is paramount. We know that Juventus hasn't performed well in recent years. Therefore, some players have to leave.

Yes, Juventus actually with Kolo Muani, Milik and David still in the team, however three quality players, even if with some shortcomings, find themselves, including the flanks, having a good offensive department. In my opinion, he should look at himself a little regarding the defense, where he doesn't seem to be doing enough.
