We can say that Amorim was an unsuccessful manager at Manchester United. Because with the squad he left behind, Michael Carrick led them to Champions League qualification. Now Milan has believed in him and appointed him as manager. Amorim's performance is one of the things I'm most curious about. I hope Milan hasn't made a mistake by appointing him this year. A performance similar to Manchester United would be a disappointment for Milan.

I really don't know what to think about Amorim because I don't know him enough as manager, I simply know he did very well in Portugal, so did Villas Boas years ago with Porto and then he was completely disaster when he managed other teams. At the same time I wouldn't give too much importance to his English experience United failed under several different managers, it's a meat grinder for both players and managers.

Amorim really got a good revenge on Man Utd for sacking them and proved he is still a good coach and that Man Utd was wrong for firing him. Man Utd missed a penalty that could have shifted the game in their way and after that in the second half Milan really pushed hard. Still this is a friendly match so both coaches were testing a lot their players and tactics so this result dosent matter much. Still this was their last game i think before the leagues start so i wonder how they will play in their leagues. I think Amorim will be a good coach for Milan and that he can get them back in the champions league for the next season.

Man Utd missed a penalty that could have shifted the game in their way and after that in the second half Milan really pushed hard. It was a friendly game but it was more than that to Ruben Amorim, you could literally see the satisfaction on his face after the final whistle was blown.
I don't even know what's wrong with Bruno Fernandes, how has he missed back to back penalties? I think a lot has gotten into his head. This should be by far the worse preseason game for Manchester United and not to forget the defenders who were also completely poor. Yes, that is what I want to see next season, get them back into the Champions League competition and at the same time win the Champions League competition and Seria A with AC Milan. It will be satisfying to witness all these happening after all of the hates and criticism.

Your statement is completely wrong. Not every striker is selfish, and the player you mentioned often creates chances on his own to score when his teammates aren't in the right positions. He also frequently tracks back to help strengthen the team's defense.

Vinicius is an excellent player with undoubted qualities, but, being a winger, he should try to play more balls inside rather than always looking for the way towards goal.

You can look it up on Google to find out who has the most assists for his club in the UCL. You will find out whether he can be considered a selfish player who rarely passes the ball to his teammates.

Yes, Ruben Amorim's AC Milan have demolished Manchester United today and you should notice that this is the first time they have been able to win a club friendly since the former Man United manager took charge of the Italian team. It is not right to say anything based on the pre-season matches. Ruben Amorim has talent which he has proven again. His excellent performance against his former team is trying to show AC Milan his potential in the middle of the season. But his potential will be proven in the main season, we will have to wait for the main season to see how consistent and strong his performance can be. However, I think Amorim will be successful at AC Milan. He has that potential, his dismissal from Manchester United does not mean that he does not have talent, but rather that he needed more time to prove himself in the Premier League.

Of course, this was a friendly match, and the results of friendly matches aren't that important. Nevertheless, Milan passed a good test against a tough opponent like Manchester United. Prime lukaku was something same as today big striker. When Chelsea sign him at a price of $97 million it's was has prime time but now it's prime time in Europe are over and I think lukaku is not a injured prone player but he is actually inconsistent player some time they perform well and some time they perform like 3rd division striker that's why they didn't spend 2 or more year in any big club. Turkish league is not bad for lukaku actually they can score pretty much goal next season I think fernerbahce are building a very good team arround lukaku and try something new hope they work if their plan worked lukaku can score 10 to 15 goal easily.

I also think it's okay to not buy a player over thirty, because if it's just a striker, I think there are plenty of younger options than Lukaku, though they may not be as great. But when a coach can manage his players better and the player doesn't rebel against his unreasonable ideas, then an average player can become extraordinary in any team. These days, every team with sufficient financial means will be constantly monitoring the market for players who are available for offer.

The fact that Vlahovic didn’t manage to perform as well as expected at Juventus doesn’t mean the same thing will happen at Besiktas. Sometimes it’s very difficult for a striker to adapt to a particular style of play. Juventus has always been a more defensive minded team, and teams like that are generally much more difficult for strikers. Besiktas, I think is a more attacking team. So maybe things will work out much better for Vlahovic there.

I also acknowledge AC Milan’s outstanding performance in their recent match against Manchester United. And AC Milan’s performance looked truly remarkable under Ruben Amorim’s leadership. AC Milan fell behind several times, where they conceded a goal in the first half and even conceded goal early in the second half. But AC Milan was able to overcome these setbacks by fighting to turn the tide. AC Milan’s best performance became even more evident after Amorim made several substitutions in the second half. Milan like I said earlier, aren't consistent; they may have dealt with Man UTD but can they fight for a place in the UCL next season. it was an embarrassing display from them last season as many people thought they had clinched their spot but Como played them a fast one.

Just because he won against them in a preseason match doesn’t prove that Manchester United was wrong for sacking him, if they had kept him last season I doubt they would have finished third in the Premier League.  Because it is just a preseason match, Carrick rotated his starting lineup and that is just a way to test the players.

With the signing of Goncalo Ramos and Mario Gila, Amorim has enough squad to bring Milan back to the Champions League next season and if he can finish in the top third, that will be a huge plus to his coaching career.

Even though this is a friendly match when a big team meets another big team it will still have an impact on facing the next season with more confidence. In this match Milan managed to win a very convincing game which will definitely boost their morale after last season's poor performance, even failing to finish in the UCL after being overtaken by Como. 

Indeed, Milan was inconsistent last season, but they have made many changes to start the new season, including firing the previous coach and recruiting a new coach, Amorim. So I'm very confident that under Amorim, Milan will definitely get back to the UCL zone and can even compete for the Serie A trophy this season.

Many people say that Amorim isn't a good coach, so he got fired by Man United and Carrick who Man United proudly promoted as the right coach, but in this friendly match we can see that Amorim is actually a coach with a good vision and now he's starting to build chemistry with the team. So I can't wait to see Milan's performance next season.

Prior to the game Manchester United seemed like the better side to tear AC Milan apart especially after losing the game to Chelsea, but Ruben Amorim and his boys changed the script on the pitch.
I don't even know why I dislike the word "manage" they were honestly the better side yesterday and they had good control of the game. It was more than that to Ruben Amorim, he showed Manchester United fans and management that he was not a bad manager like the media painted him to be.
Gonçalo Ramos was never the best player on the pitch yesterday, he was fortunate to be on the score sheet but did you not take good note of the Nigerian international Chukwueze? He registered a goal and two assist, he was the best player yesterday.
