Should we say that the Italian division isn't as strong as the Epl? Or he's just a very good player that not only finishes when he's given the chance but also creates one for himself. As you said, Malen has three goals under his belt and if I'm not mistaken he's the highest goal scorer this season but it's one thing to be good at what you do and another to be able to help your team move up on the table and stay there. Roma can be formidable this season only if they don't lose focus.

Competition in the EPL is top-notch. We could say something similar in Italy, but Malen is performing very well there. It's not like he was at Aston Villa, actually. I think he's a fantastic signing for Roma. He's had a great start to the season, and he was great last year too. I think he's the type of player suited to the Italian league. Roma is aware of this and is trying to get the most out of him. We'll see the best things from him this year. I'm curious to see how many goals he'll score.

We've seen players who were doing exceptionally well while playing for English Premier League clubs but started flopping after joining an Italian club and we've also seen the reverse.

Sometimes, it's not about the league but a particular clubs style of play. We need to know that some players function better while playing under some managers whose style of play forces the best out of them. Malen is more of a physical player and I think Roma's manager is giving him all the needed freedom on to operate and score goals.

Roma kicked off the new season in spectacular fashion. Dybala provided three assists, while Malen scored a hat-trick. The fourth goal was netted by Pisilli, a youngster developed in Roma's youth academy.
Roma started the season very well, whereas Fiorentina—despite making so many signings—performed very poorly.
No specific moments from them stand out in my memory.

In my opinion, Fabio Grosso brought Oulai into the game far too late.
The young talent is a dynamo in midfield; he is a player who covers a lot of ground. I expect to see Oulai in the starting lineup for the next home match.
Fiorentina needs to beat Frosinone in Florence.

There is only one match left in the Serie A round, with Roma hosting Fiorentina. Roma’s home record is extremely good, as they have gone a long time without losing at home, while Fiorentina have been quite inconsistent away. Therefore I expect Roma to win this match, or at least not lose it. I'm eager to see how the combination of Malen, Mora, and Dybala plays. I think Gasperini did a great job with Roma in the transfer market, bringing in Malen from Aston Villa and Mora from Porto. Although Mora is still very young, he's been playing very well. I'm curious to see how this pairing plays up front today.

A game can end in many ways. A match like Roma-Fiorentina can really bring about many different results, honestly i didn't expect a victory like this, Fiorentina were humiliated.

I am convinced that Gasperini's Roma is building a very strong and capable team that will really give a lot of problems to all the other teams in Serie A. In fact, i am convinced that although Fiorentina received a clear improvement during the summer transfer window, they need to necessarily change their strategy, because it is okay to lose, but not in this humiliating way.

AS Roma have started really well, I liked their attacking style, especially the goals they scored with Paulo Dybala and Donyell Malen. Paulo Dybala's 3 assists and Donyell Malen's hat-trick, their partnership was really great. They really showed a great performance in their first match with a huge 4-0 margin, and they will be able to continue their strong competitive performance this season as always. The match between AS Roma and Inter Milan will be a very interesting match, which will be on September 19.

They were bound to have a wonderful starting because of there squad, apart from Donyell Malen hard trick he was also the player that laboured most for scoring and that's what will always give pressure to any team AS Roma is going to tickle and I like him because his eyes are always were he would hang the ball that keeper will not be able to attempt, although I also expected a come back force from Fiorentina because they also had players that could have emulated what they were getting from AS Roma but unfortunately they don't understand themselves even there keeper also conceded the fourth goal because of that.

Yes. Como did start their Serie A debut with a less-than satisfying result after drawing against Udinese. But in my opinion, that's not surprising especially since Udinese was very solid in that match and playing at home. What I mean is, many people can't accept it or even consider it disappointing, even though they only got a draw, not a loss, because many people had high expectations for Como after they ended last season very well, making them be seen as one of the contenders for the Serie A trophy.

Actually, we all know that competing for a trophy in tropical tournaments isn't easy; they need to have a strong squad in every line and the mentality to stay consistent in every match. So Como, being a small team, if people expect them to compete for a trophy, it seems very difficult and you're definitely going to be disappointed. Especially since they also participate in the UCL competition, of course they have to split their focus, and with the experience level of their squad, it also seems hard to stay consistent.

So realistically, Como being able to stay in the top 4 is already a good achievement which means they can maintain a spot for the UCL next season. The issue with Nico Paz, who was initially going to be taken by Madrid again, has been settled because Madrid has allowed Como to keep Nico Paz for one more season with them.

I must say that i expected a favorable result for Como. On the other hand, i have to say that Udinese played a truly excellent match. They created more chances and were more dangerous than the Lombard team. Even if in the end it was a match that deserved a draw, because both teams played good football and it was a pleasant match to watch.

Milan and Inter are clear favorites in these matches, and I think they should be able to beat their opponents quite comfortably. Such a wonderful start by As Roma, in the market option, with such winning, they just gave bettors 1/1 which is not a bad odd to go for, starting point matters sometimes because it makes other opponents to understand that you guys came very prepare and I think that is what As Roma just confirmed, for now the have clear the doubt of any other team that would have seen them less from this start.

The played a very good football, although I was not expecting such number of good and even if there would have been, I expected the goal to be shared among the two teams, but unfortunately for Florentina they were not lucky to atleast score one goal, Ball possession favoured Roma, which shows that they know what they came for, a good start and an excellent result, let's see what they have next.

Right now, Roma is also playing against Fiorentina. And I hope Roma wins this match. I believe Gasperini is an excellent coach who will be able to lead Roma to a strong start to the season, just like last season. Como is a team that can aim very high, especially after this year's structural changes, which have added further quality within the team. They drew against Udinese because they found themselves against a prepared team with the desire to win. However, for several years Udinese have done well in their first league matches, then tend to lower their level. Who knows if it will be like this again this year.

 Roma are going through Fiorentiana's defense like they're taking a walk in the park. At the moment they are winning 3-0 with Donyell Malen claiming the hat trick of goals while Paulo Dybala has his hat trick of assists. What a comfortable way to start the campaign and I hope we'd see a better performance this season from them. Inter, Milan and Napoli, Juventus all won their games and it's showing that this season will be a competitive one.

I think Roma have had the most convincing performance so far. A truly very prepared team, with a coach who i consider truly formidable. Gasperini has been able to do very well over the years with Atalanta and i think that now with Roma, finding themselves an even stronger team in terms of squad, he can do even better and he already demonstrated it last year. This year i would say that it is a more than convincing start.

AC Milan won their opening match yesterday and they were able to defeat Torino 2-1, seeing this team's performance it seemed to me that they have been able to play aggressively after the break under the leadership of new manager Ruben Emorim. As a result, this team was able to score the first goal in the In the 64th minute and the winning goal in the 67th minute.

But we already see the possibility of being able to do it and if Milan succeed in this they will be able to have a truly excellent championship.

Sassuolo lost despite playing well on the road against Atalanta. In my opinion, this match deserved to end in a draw, but Atalanta is a good team and had played well at home last season as well. Even though it was early in the season, it was a high-action game.

This is perfectly normal for Sassuolo, as they aren't a strong team, so a one-goal loss away from home (2-1) is perfectly acceptable. Furthermore, Atalanta isn't just good at home; they're also often good away from home when their opponents are weaker than Atalanta. I wasn't surprised when Atalanta won at home against Sassuolo, as they were an opponent that didn't overwhelm Atalanta, especially since the match was at Atalanta's home ground.

Sassuolo is going to lose against Atalanta, Atalanta is strong and has been proving it for years. We'll see where they get this year. Sassuolo had complicated it in the first match, but they performed well if they wanted to. It's difficult to lose at Atalanta, they're now a strong team and it's complicated for everyone to win against them at home.

It's something that happens quite often, even within players who move to another tam within the same league. I wouldn't say it's always 100% the player to blame, it's a combination of several factors: the tactic, the relationship with the teammates, how he feels part of the team and even the city/country he is living in. I remember Dovbyk, the Ukrainian striker Roma bought from Girona after he scored an insane amount of goals: in Italy he was a total disaster, he couldn't even score a penalty kick...

Roma is not a team that shows good consistency so it is not new that they may not keep to this performance throughout the season because if they do, then they're winning the league which I don't see its possibility. Inter Milan is a good contender for the title and even though Roma plays well, I don't know how possible it will be for them to keep it up to 7 to 8 games as there will be more challenges to face. Paulo Dybala is becoming a better playmaker even as he has always been a great player. I was surprised he couldn't make it to the last world cup team even though Injury disturbs him. I have watched him since his early days in Juventus and I know him as a good talent out there. Having a Hatrick of assist is not very common, let's see if he can keep the form for the rest of the season.
