Do you guys think Leipzig is a serious contender for the title and could give Bayern a run for their money? Or are they not strong enough to keep it up?
They're a bit weird team, they've been doing really good in the past years and would always finish somewhere in the top, but nobody ever mentions them as a serious prospect for the league winner. They had a big away win against Leverkusen (3-2) this season and currently have the same points as Bayern, but are not doing that great in the Champions League as they've lost their first 2 games.

Leipzig look quite strong now but I can't ever be confident about them. We have seen many examples of it. They just can't be consistent until the end of a season. I won't be surprised if it happens again. I mean they are one of the richest teams in the Bundesliga actually.    But they lack the strength in many ways compared to a team like Bayern Munich for example.

I don't say such thing as "Leipzig will never win a league title." or so. But it is very difficult to predict early in the season. I'm always okay with seeing different champions. But I really want Kane to win his first title at the same time.

There is no doubt that the Leipzig team is performing well. The team is now in the second place in the table with 14 points from 6 matches. Bayern Munich and Leipzig are now level on points. And so far the Leipzig team has not lost a single match. More importantly, Leipzig have managed to beat a strong team like Leverkusen this season.

Although Leipzig are still unbeaten, I don't think Leipzig have the potential to win the Bundesliga title. We have seen poor performances from Leipzig in both Champions League matches. And Leipzig lost both matches. Leipzig also failed to win against Union Berlin and Pauli in the Bundesliga. Both these groups are relatively weak. Leipzig's defense is strong but their attack is weak. If Leipzig's attacking players improve in performance, I'd say this team can challenge for the title.

Leipzig has been very impressive so far and we can see how they are able to be in second place in the Bundesliga standings with the same points (14) with Munich at the top of the standings, Leipzig continues its positive trend in the first 6 matches of the Bundesliga and even they were able to surprise us by breaking Leverkusen unbeaten record in the second week of the Bundesliga, Leipzig has often shown great potential in the Bundesliga, especially at the beginning of the season.  but as the season progresses their consistency begins to be disturbed and makes them out of the championship trophy competition every season, their is one of the teams that has a good squad, but according to Bayern Munich has better experience and squad depth than them so I am not sure Leipzig will be a title challenger this season.

Leipzig is a strong club in the Bundesliga but unfortunately this club has no potential to win the title. I also don't understand why this club can't win the Bundesliga title even though it is also a strong candidate when compared to Dortmund, this club has more potential to compete with Bayern Munich until the end, as well as Leverkusen, while Leipzig is a club that is sometimes doubtful but it can occupy the top 4 positions throughout the season.

Yes I agree with your opinion that Leipzig is one of the top teams in the Bundesliga, we can see that in the last five seasons they have always finished in the top four of the standings and that proves that they have performance and mentality that cannot be doubted, they are on par with Dortmund but as you said which maybe there are also some people who feel strange about why Leipzig always finds it difficult to win trophies at the end of the season, and the only reason I think is the problem of their failure in my opinion it seems like they often lose their mentality at the end of the season so they experience inconsistency in maintaining victory, but we'll see maybe this season will be different, they are in second place in the table.

They're a team that's always unexpected in the Bundesliga title race even though they're a strong team, I'm also confused with them, they're always in the top 4 at least in the last 6 seasons. But they can't do much because they're always overshadowed by teams that are more expected to win the Bundesliga title. For example, Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund.

Since they have the same points as Bayern Munich ATM, maybe they're more worthy of consideration at the moment, the league journey is still long, they have to maintain what they have to maintain (performance), let's see what they can do at the end of the league journey.

The problem with Leipzig is, nobody likes them. Only some people in east Germany maybe but that's also just a few. In every other arena they get booed like no other team because of their "history". Nobody likes teams that get bought by a big company (red bull in this case) and then basically get refurbished into a contender, not in Germany, not anywhere.
Because of that nobody really has them on the radar, despite the obvious success they had in their short history in the Bundesliga.

In football, nothing is impossible, especially since the Bundesliga has only been running for six weeks, who would have thought that last season Bayern Leverkusen could win the Bundesliga for the first time without losing. The same thing could also happen to Leipzig, sometimes with the best squad it is not necessarily possible to win the title, to be able to win the title the team needs solid teamwork and always maintain high spirits in every match in order to be consistent, this is what happened to Leverkusen last season. When a team has high self-confidence and has the ability, any team can be defeated, including Bayern Munich.

So by looking at the current Bundesliga standings, all teams have the same chance, all teams can provide a surprise at the end of the season. This season's Bundesliga will be more competitive than last season, indeed Bayern Munich will be favored to win the title, but if they underestimate their opponents, of course they will be easily defeated like when they played against Aston Villa in the UCL league, who would have thought that Bayern Munich who were favored would win easily, but instead they lost. Leipzig in the UCL league did not perform well because in my opinion they will focus more on the Bundesliga.

Leipzig was the only team that managed to take advantage of the Frankfurt vs Bayern duel well.
Their victory over Heidenheim was 3 important points to boost their position in the table.
However, Morco Rose will have to work harder after the international break due to injuries to David Raum and Benjamin Henrichs.
David Raum was diagnosed with a ligament injury in his right ankle, while Henrichs to be having back problems,
They now have 5 of the 7 defenders who can play after the international break and we must realize that the squad is too small, especially in defense.

RB Leipzig have started so well in the German Bundesliga this season just like we saw Bayer Leverkusen last season but one thing a lot of people said at the last season about Bayer Leverkusen was that they're not going to remain that consistent with their results which to their surprise, Bayer Leverkusen won the league and even became the first German club to finish an entire league campaign without suffering a defeat. Some persons have also started underestimating Leipzig already because they think teams like Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen possess stronger squads than them. Personally, I think Leipzig is a serious contender for the league title
