In recent times it has been mostly Bayern Munich who has secured the dominance of the Bundesliga, Dortmund just seem to be following by from the second position, although Leverkusen at a time tried to alter the norm but currently it doesn't seem like they still gave the capacity to maintain that and so are left to struggle beneath the known dominator and link for a position around the top four spot.
Munich has already dominated, and I think their position at the top of the table will remain untouchable. Leverkusen is too far behind to be a contender. They need to prepare better for next season. As for Dortmund, they might only maintain their position in the top 4. The competition for Champions League spots may see some changes since the points gap isn’t too wide. So we can still see some possibilities.
That's right, overall the trophy race seems over, as Bayern Munich has already gone too far, leaving their rivals behind. I think what remains now is the battle for Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League spots, and I hope it becomes even more competitive. Leverkusen will clearly have to fight twice as hard in the second half of the season to qualify for next season's Champions League, while Dortmund, I'm quite confident they can finish as runners-up this season.
On the other hand, I think Hoffenheim deserves credit, as they have improved significantly to the point where they are able to compete in the Champions League zone this season.
