I do not think so. There is no way to say that frankfurt is very strong at home. Out of 7 home matches, Frankfurt has won 4 and lost 2. In addition, Dortmund is ahead in head-to -head statistics. In the last  5 head-to-head matches against frankfurt, Dortmund has won  3 and frankfurt has won 1. Also, considering the performance of these two teams this season, dortmund can be considered the favorite. I believe that dortmund will not make any mistakes in this match. If the players are confident , they will be able to defeat frankfurt.

Winning 4games out of 7 is above average and that I see as some fair form, thay have actually exhibited the strength of an above average team because they invariably drew 1 and lost two going by the Information you provided. Elite European clubs are always having this advantage to keep themselves at the top despite having many troubles on and off the field, same happens with Barcelona which is currently facing worst finances still able to do their best and leading La Liga table.
