Leipzig's performance has declined lately. Even the 2 losses suffered by Leipzig really hurt that made them not at the top of the German league standings anymore.

I was confused, why suddenly Leipzig suffered successive defeats and that was even in a prestigious league like UCL. All Leipzig defeats are important matches that affect their ranking in every league.

Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen should be more focus on the German League and the Matches there .
Because they are not realy playing good lately international .
For sure it would be good for the german football if they come as far they can but to get this working they have to improve their playing.

My bet at Work also goes for Hertha BSC and hope realy that they can win the Home match against Fortuna Dusseldorf.
At home they are playing good the most times and if they win they have 10 points and are only 1 behind Dortmund.
Dortmund is playing tomorrow in Freiburg and they havnt won this there.

Leipzig must focus on these two prestigious leagues, because there is still hope that Leipzig can qualify for the next phase in the champions league. Unlike Leverkusen, which really has to focus on the German league, why should it? Because Leverkusen has absolutely no more chances or hopes at UCL.

Totally agree. I don't bother to see Leipzig losing matches in Champions League. To tell you the truth, I didn't want them to play hard against Lyon.
This way they would be more focused on the domestic title and don't spend energy in other matches which are difficult and doesn't add a lot of value to the team.

I realy guess that Leipzig and Leverkusen dont get into the next stage in the Champions League ,
and they can make some good progress in the German League today or this weekend when they win there Matches both.

Is this your opinion because their opponents at UCL are big clubs? if that's the case, focusing on the domestic league is also a good choice. I hope in the German league is not dominated by Munich again for this year. btw, hopefully your bets will get good results.

Totally agree. I don't bother to see Leipzig losing matches in Champions League. To tell you the truth, I didn't want them to play hard against Lyon.
This way they would be more focused on the domestic title and don't spend energy in other matches which are difficult and doesn't add a lot of value to the team.

Why is that? do you have a bet running for them to win the Bundesliga 2019/2020?

For me it would preferably be the other way round, get points in the UCL (for the ranking of Germany) and drop points in the domestic league (since they are on the same level as my team )

Indeed it's hard to win bets this time around when the teams that we believe to easily win seems to be losing when they play away from home, no one would have thought that Bayern Munich would have lost to Hoffenheim with regards to their exploit against Tottenham Hotspurs in the Champions League.
