It has become crystal clear that Ten Hag isn't a quality coach, after that Bayer Leverkusen has sacked him today, and after a experiencing an unsuccessful season at Man united which led to his sacked, and after spending roughly 3 months plus at Bayer Leverkusen. He couldn't show any sign of change. Ten Hang should go and coache smaller teams and not big teams that he won't be able to manage.

The probability that it works out between ten Hag and whatever club is very low. It has to do with his character. He is a coach who can't adapt to changes or various circumstances. When he worked at Ajax Amsterdam, the combo of him and the club was more on the lucky side. He had many young players and he could be this dominant guy who disrespects people for a while and as long as there is some success, the club leadership keeps their mouth shut. No other coach would have gotten fired after two games. In his case almost everyone knew that this is about to explode. Ten Hag prefers to be a dictator and he is ignoring other interests even if they make sense. Any sentence from a player that could be interpreted either way, he takes it as if it was an attack against him. If you compare his whole attitude to that of Alonso, you may understand why this couldn't work out at Leverkusen. Raised expectations from the success they had, high rotation within the team due to player sales and purchases, and a coach who loves to be a dictator and destroy young players' careers as long as he is in charge. And if one superstar says a word against him, he is so pissed that he can't get over it for years. Sounds like a great coach to me. According to you he seems to have a bright future ahead of him

This I considered too sudden regardless but the management and staff's must have seen something weren't seeing or not been told. Hopefully he will not be in a haste to take another job  at the moment. He needs to take sometime off or simply look at managing the Dutch national team one day.

Bayern Munich vs RB Leipzig match was really a terrible one to watch. I wonder how the home fans felt about the team after such a loss; 6 goals to nil.

Actually, I considered Leipzig as a title contender. So I was eagerly waiting for the Munich vs Leipzig match. you know I expected an intense and exciting match in the first match of the season, however the scenario was completely the opposite. Leipzig could not take any advantage in this match & the team faced a humiliating 6-0 defeat. however in the next match Leipzig won against Heidenheim by 2 goal but I didn't place any bet on this match.

whatever, in this match I got an idea of ​​Bayern Munich's capabilities. I totally get that winning the Bundesliga title would not be difficult for Munich. Now we have to see how this team performs in the Champions League.

Ten Hag has published his disappointment to the Leverkusen's management after getting sacked. It's crazy only need two games to sack him!However, i guess the matches result was not the sole reason he was sacked. I believe he has internal problem with Leverkusen's side.
I know it's not fair for him considering he got bad results just after so many dismissal of key players in the club. It's hard to expect big from him with that kind of situation.

When Bayer Leverkusen wasn't winning matches during the Pre-Season games the sign was there for them to have gotten a replacement for Ten Hag instead of taking the big risk to let him handle 2 matches before sacking him, the bold step is commendable by the management as Ten Hag could not get a win in his first two matches the best thing to do now is for them to make a serious signing before the transfer window closes they should get more players and get a better manager to revive the team.

Yes, in this case, you're also right to give Ten Hag time to prove himself. There's nothing wrong with that, but remember, Leverkusen isn't a team with strong finances. If Ten Hag fails this season, Leverkusen will revert to the team it was three years ago. That's why they took swift action.

Leverkusen means business this season. I don't think his past record is the issue here, because they must have known that he was coming from Manchester United, so would people say it's because of his past?? What I think is that it's because of his past. I just feel like they needed results, and they are not getting what they want, but I still feel like it's too early for all these things because the season is just starting, so they should have allowed him this season before they started chasing him away. But they are the management, so they can do whatever they want, and they want a result that will be their reason for sacking him.

The decision of the club to terminate the contract of former Manchester United coach, Ten Hag is as a result of his failures to show that he is capable of leading the club on the path of victory, in three games he hasn't recorded any positive result and his tactics aren't as convincing as expected at all, especially against Werder Bremen where they were forced to a draw after the Bremen side conceded a red card yet still came from behind to score two goals after Leverkusen's two goals lead earlier in the game.

I first doubted the news when i saw it in a group chat, i felt it was framed just to ridicule Manchester United fans. This is a sudden dismal, in a way we have to belief that the cause isn't just about the bad games at the very start, Erik ten Hag isn't the only manager having a bad start, why use three games of coaching to judge. Where they not aware of his coaching style before deciding to bring him to the club as replacement for Xabi, Erik ten Hag might not be the wondrous manager in search but every manager deserves some moments of trial, at least till January, if his performance with the team continues getting worse.

When xabi Alonso is coaching Leverkusen  they have many key players and that is why he get the opportunity to achieve the league title. since he left the club they have sell some of there key players to other team and reduce the power of the club, and Erik Ten Hag need to build the team better this season before he can start doing well but probably he didn't achieve is goals in the club. let see who will be Leverkusen new manager before the international break over, am sure even they bring new manager he can't balance the team well this season, because the players in the club are not well good like last two seasons that made them achieve the league trophy.

Actually, I would like to applaud Leverkusen for this decision. Ten Hag is not a coach with a good record or reputation. Instead of doing well with Manchester United, he left the club at a level from which they have not yet been able to come back. Then his start at Leverkusen was not good at all, but rather led the team to decline. There are many football fans who have lost faith in Leverkusen because of Ten Hag and are trying to ignore them, especially the gamblers. Isn’t it too early to make this decision of sacking Ten Hag?
This is becoming suspicious to me; they don’t have enough players in their squad and they signed Ten Hag to do magic for them because I don’t know how any manager will manage this team and perform better because the team management sold all their important players out and still loaned some of the players Ten Hag will manage to help the team win some matches.

Nevertheless, it is a good for Ten Hag because I am sure they will have to pay him money based on the agreement they already had with his coaching staff; and I think this is also good so as not to tarnish his image as a manager. It is better he start from another team that will have good impact in his team instead of staying with Leverkusen with no players.

For a team like Bayer Leverkusen that has lots opponents contending for the title and also have the champions league to play in, I think the decision is a step in the right decision and it is best for the club to start making amends now that it is not too late that to start making adjustments mid season which may be very disastrous for the team, nevertheless, the Leverkusen hierarchy would find a suitable replacement that would stabilise the team.

Today, the Daily Mail has published an article when they reveal the reasons behind the unprecedented dismissal of Erik ten Hag:

According to it, the reason was not just poor results in the first two games, but lack of connection between him and the team. The players didn't like the changes in training and communication. Apparently the disconnection kept growing to the point that ten Hag berated the team after the game against Werder saying they should be embarrassed and that they played like boys, not men.

The article also quotes Leverkusen's Sporting Director, who said:
"We simply had the feeling that things were going in the wrong direction. Before we arrive at that wrong destination, we decided to make the decision now — during the international break, at an early stage."

I kind of understand this logic.
