Yes, he is comfortable with his current situation, so there is no reason to look for something new because the Bundesliga is still the right place for him, especially since Bayern has given him what he wanted, which is club trophies. So why look for other clubs.

I don't think age is a significant factor for such players. There are many players who are playing well despite their advancing years. Lewandowski is one of them.
