Kompany manages Bayern Munich that is a bigger club than Bayer Leverkusen and he has better finance for player transfers than Xabi Alonso had with Bayer Leverkusen. With Kompany, his given tasks are more than winning Bundesliga title but also he will need to win UEFA Champions League title or at least has to lead his team going far to quarter final, semi final and final matches in UEFA Champions League. I believe that even quarter finals can be considered as failures for Kompany management at Bayern Munich with very good player resource he has in hands.

Bayern Munich becomes a strong and good team with such thinking and that is why their team has capable and strong players. Anything can happen in this because Bayern Munich is strong, but no one can predict the direction of the match.

Harry Kane is a very dominant player in the Bundesliga indeed! It is like his playground right now you know.    He is already top scorer by far and he is near being at the top in total assists as well.

They speculate Kane to leave next summer. But hell no! I don't believe any of those rumours. He is staying at Bayern Munich for sure... He still has 2 more years on his contract and more trophies to achieve too.

Harry is a goal machine and Bayern Munich are always Favoured to have strikers like this. The more he is getting old the ruthless he is becoming. With the quality he was already possessing at Tottenham we all know it was going to be very easy for him to dominate the bundesliga. I don’t see anyone catching him again this season for the league goal scorer unless maybe he suffers a long time injury.

Yes, that's right. Perhaps we can judge the two coaches, Kompany and Xabi Alanso, by looking at this season, where both coaches have teams with above average player quality and are equally great. As you said, judging Kompany's Bundesliga title success is premature, as Bayern Munich has indeed dominated the Bundesliga. This is in contrast to Xabi's performance at Leverkusen at that time, where, with a limited roster, he managed to surprise the Bundesliga by winning the trophy undefeated.

But this season it will be fair to judge who is the greatest of these two coaches, as both coaches are at top clubs and have quality players. Yes , you are right. That is a match  which was ended a week ago and we saw one sided game in this match. That was a match of Bundesliga tournament and many players did excellent job in this match. Díaz was a best player of the match because he gave excellent effort in this match and he did goal at 1 minute when it was requirement of the team . We saw third goal at  84 minutes when it was a one sided game but they did back to back goals in this match. Eintracht Frankfurt game was very poor  in this match as they did no goal in this match and their shots were very low in this match.The possession percentage of Eintracht Frankfurt football team was very low and that was only 39 and passes of that team were also very low in this match and we saw less effort by players of that team.

Harry Kane is in good form and I think it will be one of his best career form so far, he is also one of the candidates to win the Golden Boot award this season, his performance is helping Bayern Munich to win matches and score goals in a match, even against the big clubs, he shows that he is still one of the best strikers in the world; Hary Kane's current performance show that age is just a number. Many people believe he can not play well because Bayern Munich is not performing well in the UCL, but he has proven them wrong this season by scoring goals.

Bayern Munich are ready to extend Hary Kane's contract due to his performance this season, and it is a good idea to give him a new contract because if Bayern Munich let Hary Kane leave the team, they will struggle to find a good striker like him again, finding a good natural striker now is difficult, which is why Bayern Munich must keep Hary Kane.

Kompany is a great coach, we can’t dispute that fact. But saying that he will win this season’s Champions League, I don’t think it will be possible this season. Maybe next season, if he is still coaching Bayern Munich. For now, it will be very hard to say, because this season’s Champions League is on another level of pressure, and you can’t compare that pressure with the previous season when Thomas Tuchel was coach. It was hard for them to pass the quarterfinals, and the previous season was even a bit easier compared to this season, as the pressure from every team is higher.

We know that Bayern Munich are at the top of the table, but being at the top of the table doesn’t necessarily mean they are the favourites to win the trophy. Let’s not forget what happened to Liverpool in the previous season, when they even found it hard to reach the quarterfinals, even though they were at the top of the table then.

It's first thing first, for a new coach what everyone would be expecting you to start with in terms of winning trophies in the German bundesliga. As for champions league up until now none of them has actually won the competition so probably we will look at it this season and see who might get the nod. As for experience I don’t think Xabi Alonso has more than Kompany in my opinion, Kompany had managed a relegated Burnley side and won the championship and then got relegated again that’s a lot of experience there, in as much as I rate Xabi Alonso high I won’t talk down Vincent Kompany

A well deserved award, how incredibly brilliant kane has remained despite age and any other factor has been something really interesting to talk about and by now I want to believe it is no news that he is very much valued by Bayern Munich dues to his enormous contributions, if there be a time contract renewal ever comes in between, it will.be mostly in his choice because I believe with Bayern Munich it is settled as they will want him always knowing how much of value he brings to the team.

It amazes me that this 32-year-old England player can still play like a youngster, given that he has played three league games for the Bundesliga club in the last month but his goal tally there is much higher. In fact he has already managed to score seven goals from those three matches, as well as providing an assist, so he has received his deserved reward. However, it is largely true that these goals are helping Bayern continue their efforts to reclaim the title in this new season. If I'm not mistaken, Harry Kane is probably the focal point of this club's attack in the German league this new season, this club is dreaming anew around him.

I really don't understand why today everything has to be about statistics, like if we're computers as well. Based on that logic probably, on paper, players like Bruno Fernandes or De Bruyne would look better than Zidane, and I'm pretty sure nobody would ever choose the Portuguese or the Belgian over the French, because Zidane was playing at a different level. And yet, if we only look at the stats, I'm sure we can get a different idea, a misleading one.

Harry Kane winning the player of the month is very satisfactory due to his awesome performance for Bayern Munich and i believe he will win more of the award in the upcoming months because i don't see a player who can beat his performance in the Bundesliga. Harry Kane suffered many trophyless seasons and now that he has a trophy to his name he will want to continue at Bayern Munich since he knows that the club is capable of winning major trophies which will also grant him the privilege of getting many other awards. Harry Kane is more devoted to Bayern Munich so even if his contract expires in 2027, the club might renew it.

Harry Kane is not just the best player for the month, this guy is gonna be the best player for the season and if Bayern does well in the UEFA Champions League, he’ll be a strong contender for Ballon D’or though this days that award is not what it used to be.
Harry Kane at the moment is the best all round attacker as a proper no.9, I might give Haaland best finisher but Kane at the moment is an all round striker he doesn’t just get the goals, he creates goals not just the passing assists, he has the vision of a midfielder and I think his coach has seen this. I saw he played as a Number 10 in some games, proper creator and finisher. He’s gonna use the Bundesliga as a hunting ground for goals and records. Kudos to him!!.

Kompany has been doing a great job even after taking over the leadership of Bayern Munich from Xabi Alonso. If he still ends the season winning the Bundesliga and not the champions league, he will still be praised for a job well done. As a young coach that he is and having a long career ahead of him, I think there is still enough time develop and make his managerial skills better. If he can’t win the champions league now, I’d assume he hasn’t got the intellectual talent to win it yet as a coach and will try again another season. Winning the league trophy in your debut is such a great achievement already, so he’s done well and should be commended for that he has done so far before looking to criticize him further is he doesn’t develop better than he is now.

The post I reacted to was simply placing Xabi Alonso heavens high Above Vincent Kompany all in the name of he actually won the league with Bayer Leverkusen which I agree is remarkable but going with your own ideology then it is best to actually crown Claudio Ranieri the greatest manager of all time and even say he is better than sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger and Pep Guardiola because he actually did made a Leicester City team which had 1/1500 odds to win the league in 2016. See we need to be clear, it was a remarkable achievement by Xabi Alonso one in which do not see regularly but that doesn’t mean he is that so high above Kompany as at now in my opinion.

I have checked the Bundesliga history to see what the best start to a season has been. I mean how far a team went without losing points. The record belongs to Bayern Munich (of course  ) with 10-0-0. It was in the 2015/16 season.

They say Tottenham might go for their buy back clause on Kane. If there is really one though... But even if there is and they pay the necessary amount, there is no way Kane is going back there anytime soon.  

Tottenham had better achieve something first to deserve him.

I think the judgment about anybody should be based on the real targets or really something special they did or help someone to achieve great. If we talk about Kompany is he a good coach or bad I think he has to do something great to decide which title he really wants to keep. Because for Bayern Munich it is very easy to win the Bundesliga in fact Bayern Munich is the consecutive winner of the Bundesliga. They really know how to perform in the Bundesliga which things they keep going on and which things they have to avoid or ignore. So Bundesliga is like a league for the Bayern Munich that they considered as an easy task. But the champions league is different they really need a different preparation for the Champions League if the Kompany really manage to make Bayern Munich win the Champions League than I think Kompany is going to have a great career and great title too.

Agreed, calling a coach who managed a club with best materials and highest valuation in the league as a great coach is BS. If Kompany was not managing Bayern, but rather than other club in Bundesliga. I believe he won't be as success as he's now.
If we put him at Leverkusen now, i believe he will also get sack just in a few games.
