The main problem for  a Bayern Munich coach is you have the duty of winning the Bundesliga because you are the biggest team and you ahve to win the CHampions LEague to become someone in the club history but that is not easy at all in Champions LEague youa re playing against the best of all europe and not only that, only one bad game across the season can seal your faith, and that is impossible to manage.

The Bayern coach is already starting with enormous pressure, he must win the championship otherwise it will be considered a failure, the champions league is the only way to test whether this team can be improved or whether it has always remained at the same level and has not improved at all, this is the real problem.

Based on what I have seen in last two couple of seasons at Bayern Munich am very much convinced that Vincent Kompany is still the right choice of coach to lead the Bayern Munich team , the team is still in a process and taking him out at this moment could mean a major distraction for the team, last season Bayern came very close but got knocked out by defending champions PSG, yet they were still able to record a major success in the German bundesliga by retaining two trophies domestically, if they could maintain similar pace as last season then they might get it right this upcoming season.

Bayern doesn't have any problem now, they are good with the players and Kompany still has contract with Bayern until 2029, so it's good to say they are still okay. Last season, they had one of the greatest moments with running win, they only lose to one team. The way they also handle the Champions League was great, I wouldn't blame their loss because they loss to PSG, it was unfair pairing while other teams had it less on their side of features.

The other they say they are interested in buying Rashford, I don't know if the deal fell or they didn't conclude, perhaps Manchester United has decided to not sell him again because they have offered preferred team Rashford want to go and yet they are pricing him very low. It could be that Rashford doesn't want to play for Bayern else he would have processed that immediately Barcelona fell off from the deal.

I don't really care about how they perform in their league, my concern is how they will win the UEFA Champions League title come next season which is around the corner, Vincent Kompany might get fired if he failed to win the UEFA Champions League title this time, because that is their number one priority, and that is exactly the reason why they fired the coach that was replaced by Vincent Kompany, so he should really do well to at least reach the final, because I'm really sensing something fishy if he fails this time, because winning the league alone is not enough.

Was there really a weakness from Bayern Munich to capitalize on? I do not really think there was any, they just did not have that experience enough to handle that stage of the champions league. Now that they have been able to get through  that stage,  undoubtedly,  the chances are that if they get there anytime in the future,  it will not be as much  problem to them as it has been now.

True what you claim, but experience is the mother of life, now that they have absorbed this experience, they will most likely not make the same mistakes in the future.
Obviously they will first have to manage to reach the important stages of the Champions League again, next year i think is a great challenge for many teams that were at the top of the rankings this year.

Bayern Munich also happens to be one of the best teams in Europe and does holds some influence on European football which helps the club to command some level of respect among their European counterparts, and as for the coach, he understand that he has one of the best squads in Europe because this is very important and a lot is expected of him in terms of achievement and maintaining the club's dynasty.

At present, Bayern Munich's success cannot be expressed by the Bundesliga, because there is no competition there. Based on the performance in the Champions League, we can be sure of Bayern Munich's quality. Their performance in the Champions League last season was relatively good, but I would not call their performance in the Champions League great. The team had some weaknesses that were reflected against PSG. Although Bayern Munich played as expected in the first leg of the semi-final, their weaknesses were reflected in the second leg at home. Despite having a good chance of winning, they lost to PSG and were eliminated from the Champions League. However, I am not in favor of Kompany's departure, maybe his team will be able to do better in the upcoming season.

Bayern Munich has gone beyond the extent where you could measure their success with the bundesliga, they are in that era where their performance will be measured through the number of trophies or achievements they are able to get outside the bundesliga.
Perhaps the UCL could go a long way to ease up things, and that why the Vincent Kompany has to make sure he leads the Bayern side to the UCL finals because it wont be long before the fans start complaining of the teams poor run in the UCL, I believe the fans would love to have a taste of European glory after such a long time.

I don't think he'll be sacked if he doesn't win the Champions League. After all, if he's built a team that plays well, they'll be happy with that. I think Bayern Munich played very well against Paris Saint-Germain. Last year they only lost three times, all in the Champions League. Finishing a season undefeated is practically impossible. In my opinion, the Belgian has assembled a good squad and built a good team. I hope he achieves his goal and wins the Champions League.

While that is true, it depends on time. Maybe not this year, like if he keeps winning Bundesliga, then he may not be fired this year neither. But, I do not see if he could manage the team for 20 years without winning or anything like that, well I do not see anyone managing a team for 20 years anymore lol.

But in the end, I think eventually he will be sacked for not getting the UCL, it may not be right away, but there will come a day when he will have to, when that time is? I do not know.

Actual truth is that we cannot be sure at this point if this team will be able to win the champions league form this time but looking at the depth and strength of the team, we can say we are sure they will make it to the knock out or even beyond. Kompany is not a very experienced champions league coach so he is still perfecting his champions league strategy, so it will be an error to expect of him to win it already seeing and knowing the level of competition that is there. but i believe that he will do better and the chances are there for him actually.

It's just 6 years since when last Bayern Munich won the Champions League, the management knows how hard it is to win the Champions League, it is not like winning league titles, it is not enough reason to sack Kompany because he fails to win the Champions League, for how many seasons he has been in the club.

The only time Bayern Munich will sack their coach desperately is when they fail to win the league and continue struggling in the next season, luck needs to find another team before Bayern will lose the league title.

I have heard that Barcelona doesn't want to use Rashford's £40m release clause and sign him permanently. This could be a chance for Bayern Munich to go for him if they are really interested.

To use him in rotation isn't a bad idea! He can play not only as a left winger but also a striker when there is such need in some matches. 

Isn't another loan an option for him? He still has 2 more years on his contract with Manchester United...

Bayern Munich were not weak, they were definitely a very capable team to win the trophy. But their defeat was probably due to their small mistakes. Because whenever PSG was able to attack strongly, Bayern Munich's defense showed some weaknesses and mistakes. But anyway, Bayern Munich is definitely a strong and talented team. We can hope to see them do something good next season, especially to win the UCL trophy.

Vincent Kompany has really done a very good job at Bayern Munich and I recommend him for that, like it was really unexpected of him i never for once thought he could be this successful in that team, but the real fact is he should buckle up his shoes this time because he might got fired if he failed to win them the UEFA Champions League, because I think that should be the major concern of any manager that's going to that team, because we won't count the league success, as we already knew they have no rival there, so he should better do well to give them that trophy else he might get fired.

There is no doubt thag Vincent kompany is definitely proven as a great coach at Bayern Munich and he really the make team to perform beyond the expectations . This is really enhance the credibility of the coach as good and a great coach who has the potential to make any team to perform with their best. But there is still one milestone which he really has to achieved to prove himself and to stay as a coach at Bayern Munich.  He has to make the team able to win in the champions league and this is the main target for him. And I think this should not be a difficult task for the team and the ciach as well because they are a stronger team with the best players and they also have not any difficult rivals which can cause great problems for them. And I think their main target is also to make the win possible in the champions league  so that they can become a really strong and established team.

No communication between the Marcus Rashford agency and Bayern Munich at the moment. If nothing happens in the coming weeks, he will have a talk with Michael Carrick and the management of Manchester United if there's no desire to see him retained, he'll most likely ask his agent to get him a deal across or overseas. I don't see him playing for any other Premier League side though, not even for Manchester United again.
Bayern Munich anyways missed out on Anthony Gordon, they'd be stupid to miss out on Marcus Rashford fir a lesser fee.

Last season, Dortmund wasn't short of quality players, and Guirassy was one of them, a highly reliable goalscorer. But, competing with Bayern still seems extremely difficult for Dortmund. Right now, I haven't heard much about whether the club plans to keep him and rely on him for another season, or if they'll sell him to another big club for a high transfer fee.

Guirassy actually showed he was a great player last season I won’t lie I enjoyed his game and he was actually one of Dortmund most consistent players in front most especially in goals and the issue Dortmund has is not really lack of individual talent, to me i think their main problem is the ability to stay focus and maintain consistent. And from my own opinion keeping Guirassy would actually make more sense than selling him unless maybe they receive a better offer because to see players with goal sense this days is difficult to replace, and if the club is serious about challenging for the Bundesliga title, letting one of their best attackers leave can actually leave their chances of winning so I think Dortmund would be wise enough to know what to do.

Bayern is the king of the Bundesliga, so they are part of the contenders for the Champions League, and last season, we thought they would be able to do something even better because I was surprised that they were not able to make it to the final. If they had made it to the finals, then Arsenal would have defeated them. I am very sure that they would have found it very hard to win if they had made it to the finals.

And another season is for them to try again, and next season is going to be a big opportunity for a lot of clubs that want to win the Champions League, and we know that their home league is already secured, but the Champions League is something that is not debatable, and things that are not expected will always happen, and Bayern Munich should have learned from there last game against psg.

If Dortmund want to stay competitive with Bayern then selling Guirassy would be the wrong decision, Guirassy has been a huge help in terms of goal productivity for Dortmund over the last two seasons, but I wouldn't be surprised if they sold the player either, especially if there was a high bid, Dortmund wouldn't hesitate, we know how they do business.

This is correct and not what I think we can deny about this team. Everyone thinks you’re the best, so you have no excuse for not winning the Bundesliga for them. And after winning the Bundesliga, you need to at least reach some certain stages in the champions league before you’ll be eliminated, otherwise you’ll still not be graded well regardless of your performance in the Bundesliga.

In the Bundesliga, everyone sees Bayern Munich as the only team that can consistently win the trophy, if you’re coming in and thinking otherwise, you’ll not even stay long in that team as the manager if you don’t win them the Bundesliga. Winning the champions league is seen as the peak of it all, if you win that for them, you’ll be considered the best coach and your name well written in their history book as one of the best teams to have ever managed the team.
