If Dortmund want to stay competitive with Bayern then selling Guirassy would be the wrong decision, Guirassy has been a huge help in terms of goal productivity for Dortmund over the last two seasons, but I wouldn't be surprised if they sold the player either, especially if there was a high bid, Dortmund wouldn't hesitate, we know how they do business.

By now, we should be able to know that Borussia Dortmund is not a title contending team, they're just here to make more money for themselves by selling their outstanding players, that have been the structure of business for the club. This is no new thing and they have been doing it every season, this is what Borussia Dortmund is known for, selling players making quite good amount of money from them.

The coach of a big club must target at least a championship title because Bayern Munich has become a symbol of success in the Bundesliga and always wins the title if the coach cannot meet that target he will definitely be fired immediately, winning the Champions League title is an additional bonus even if the coach has not been able to provide the title there is still a possibility to continue to survive because winning the UCL is not easy because Bayern Munich has to face the best teams in Europe, but at least as a coach they must try how to make Bayern Munich performance in the Champions League stronger than previous seasons in order to have a chance to win the UCL.

They are the strongest and top teams in their league, so they are very serious about the Champions League and try to play until the end. Their performance is quite strong and good compared to the rest of the teams, which is why their name is ahead. It is easy for Bayern Munich to win in La Liga because there is no other team in this league that is comparable to them, which is why it has become their habit to keep winning the title. I think losing in La Liga will be their own fault and that is if they sell players or do not maintain their performance, that is why they will lose. Although they deserve it because their performance and struggle are good every time, which is why they get closer to it and better teams ahead of them win the title like PSG did this time. PSG is stronger than them and we will not have to look far for that.

Bayern Munich get difficult dominance in Champion League since winning the last tittle at season 2019/20 and six season later Bayern Munich never reach until final round, higher round reached by Bayern Munich in last six season ago qualified to semifinal round but last season eliminating by PSG.

Bayern Munich without get pressure when playing in domestic league but not easy for dominance in Champion League, I think six season ago can't qualifying to final round in Champion League should be warning for management and have to make rotation for manager position. Since coaches are usually in charge of the team and the head of the team, it happens that everyone would want to throw blames at them at every slightest thing that happens to the team because they believe it resulted from the coaches decisions. Of course. It shouldn't be too difficult for a manager to win the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich. The gap is so big with the rest of the teams in the end. But the way Kompany did it was really incredible this season! 

However this isn't enough to fully impress the board certainly. They must have missed to win a CL trophy. I think Kompany has what it takes to win it too. He just needs more time. Who knows maybe next season it would happen...

In the 2023-2024 season, Leverkusen won the Bundesliga without losing a single game, and Bayern's squad was the same as in the 2022-2023 season, yet they still didn't win the title. Julian Nagelsmann was fired from the Bundesliga even though he was doing very well in the European Champions League, but because he was performing poorly in the Bundesliga, the management dismissed him. This surprised many people. This shows two things:

1 - Not just anyone will win the Bundesliga with Bayern.

2 - Bayern's management prefers the Bundesliga to the European Champions League. Therefore, as long as the current coach wins the Bundesliga, he will not be fired.

And I see that this is very clear to the current coach, which is why he rarely rotated Bundesliga games to prioritize European Champions League matches.

Bayern does need a new goalkeeper and I can't believe that I said that last summer and they did not get one, and now they are not getting a new one even this summer. They have Neuer, at 40 years old, still at their goal, and as a "backup", Urbig plays a lot of games. They should be getting whoever is the best goalkeeper in the world that is under 28 years old, and give that player another 10 years instead.

Makes no sense to have this rotation of Neuer and Urbig and even sometimes Ulreich. Like Brighton has that unbelievable goalkeeper that everyone talks about, I have to admit I do not watch Brighton games, so I do not know much about him, all I know is everyone talks about him, he is valued very high, and he is only 23 years old.

They may have had some tactical weaknesses. Kompany will try his best to win the champions league title for the first time next  season. Munich's squad is very strong. They will be the favorites for the champions league title. Even then, it is not possible to say for sure whether they will win the champions league title. Along with good  performance, good luck is  also needed  to win this title.

The biggest enemy of players in football is their age, no matter how talented and skilled they are when they are young, their performance starts to deteriorate with age. Neuer is now old and his performance has also deteriorated, Bayern Munich definitely needs a young goalkeeper now. I think Bayern Munich team is struggling to manage their win in the champions league and they are also under a great pressure by all. And the coach Vincent Kompany is in more pressure to make the team in the champions  league and I think they should just focused on their goal and they can manage their position. Because taking a huge pressure can also cause sometimes great problems or maybe an unexpected and unplanned results. So they should just focused on their performance so that they can their desired results because Bayern Munich is a strong team and they also have strong players so I think it's not impossible for them. But it may be a little bit difficult s they will face the to teams but with consistent behaviour and very focused they can achieve this target.

What else could he say? That Bayern will win the Bundesliga again? That's clear even without him. It's obvious that Bayern has one plan for the season: the Champions League. Just like PSG, which have Ligue 1 in their pocket, without problem. And although all statements about winning the Champions League are always exaggerations, since the random factor is very high, but still, if we take into account the state of the clubs at the end of the season, I would bet on Bayern in the competition between them.

He has proven his worth many times. The interesting thing is that he is in a transitional squad. Despite that he is consistently producing high goal output. His hold up play and finishing are extraordinary. Those have added a different dimension to the team. In fact it is not possible to easily replace his contribution with just a player selling strategy. First develop the talent and then sell him at a high price. This model of Dortmund may be very profitable financially. But if they want to compete with Bayern then they need to keep core scorers like Guirassy in the team.

Kompany, of course, is getting the advantage of all the elite players. For example, Kane's record, Musiala's creativity. But it is not possible to salvage the job in UCL with talent alone, besides talent, squad depth for rotation and injury luck are more needed here. Bayern does not drop many point in domestic league. But in Europe they still have to struggle for that one clinical run. So they should be a little more patient with Kompany
