I just started mining last week on an Antminer S3+. Yeah I know, small potatoes compared to most I'm sure. My question pertains to Slush's Pool. Last week Pool Hash Rate was at about 16 PH and at that time I was earning about 0.0007 BTC to 0.0008 BTC per block found. Currently I'm earning about 0.0003 per block found with Pool Hash Rate at 30 PH. Is my reward smaller due to the higher pool hash rate? also, is the reward a bit higher if your miner discovers the block or am I way off?
