I'm here to approve that I received the confirmation email and already sent BTC to their address.  The system works fine for me except I didn't see my total DCT yet.

To see the changed DCT balance you need to log out and login back.
However, some issues are still being fixed

I logged off and back in and still nothing. 6+ confirmations.

Yes, you can. I did sent my from Poloniex specifically because some told me that some exchanges do have agreements with miners, my deposit was less than 10 mins and I saw the transaction in my account.

I think he meant the blockchain API wasn't working for the ICO site, not the wallet.

The vault is updated in intervals, so it could take some time.
