When I agreed to the terms-conditions then clicked "send" on my BTC transaction within 1 minute of 13.00 GMT, this was the condition for the 50% bonus:

Last block that will contain the first 10 million DCT. This means if the limit for 50% bonus will be reached in the second block for example, the whole first and second block will be counted even if the overall amount will be higher than 10 M

The additional diluton of my investment was not announced until 26 minutes after I had already agreed to the ico terms and sent my BTC in:

50% bonus could be cut off at 3000 BTC to stop this dilution which was not a condition during the first 25 minutes of the ico

Why set rules if you are not going to follow them? Very unprofessional. Yesterday you said the rules would not be changed.

If there was a downtime of 40 minutes, then 1 hour and 40 minutes would be the maximum deadline for the bonus, as a compensation for the downtime. Extending it to 10 hours and cutting the 10M cap altogether was extremely unfair with everybody and is a real cause for a full refund for anyone who asks for it, as the rules were unilaterally changed after the transfer had been made!

Around 4hours left before 50% bonus end.
Come on guys, give chance to other people who live in another part of the world for this precious 50% bonus.

The investment decision of many people included, among other factors, the bonus for the first 10 millions DCT. Rules were not subject to change after the ICO started. Extending 10 times the duration of the bonus and cutting the cap after the investment was made was a drastical unilateral change and surely has nothing to do with the downtime. Most people wouldn't invest in these conditions and want their btc back.

I don't want be invested in a coin with 50% bonus without limite it will break the future value of the coin !

The developers cannot satisfy everybody, when the deposits start showing 10% bonus you guys started shouting now they decided to extend the grace period, you guys are still complaining like the biblical Israelite and Moses, I believe this is fair. I was one of the investors that deposited my BTC early without problem and immediately after that the website started having issues and to be fair to does that registered and failed to receive confirmation mail this is the right thing to do, just put yourself in their shoes.

To me I guess some people are having trouble interpreting the new term. It is for those investors that opened their accounts in the first 3hours of the ICO and they have 10 hours grace to deposit their BTC because of the website and email confirmation issues, those that opened their account after the first 3hours are not beneficiary of this grace period. The internet time is there to determine when you open your account. I hope people will not come again during the week complaining about the new term again when properly implemented. Decent developer please correct me if I'm wrong with my interpretation.

I try to invest twice..one under 3000 and just now..both appeared under week 1. Anyway, Hoping for DECENT success, I invest because I believe in this project. Goodluck to all of us here.

A much bigger problem imo is that now everything will be locked up for another 8 weeks in while none in their right mind will buy in After the 50% because its just to much of a difference.
U put everything on hold for 2 months until funds will be released for a couple more BTC.
