Originally for the first 10 million DCT. then extended to the first 10 hours of ICO (until 11pmGMT, Sep 11) because of registration issues.

Ok if i got it right, lets say you collect 10000 BTC in the ICO, it would issue around 50 billion tokens + another 30% = 65 billion tokens.
If this is overwall it means there will be no inflation as mining rewards?

You have to stick with them until the real coins are distributed. Could not read anywhere, when it will happen, just the estimation fo q1 or q2 2017. So 1 year bagholding on LIQUI.io . that could be a riskfactor, the same what happened with augur, that the exchange is going offline, because of a hack.

Stay away from any exchange selling IOU: LIQUI or YOBIT
