Well, the most coins have been invested within the first 24hrs. I guess it is because of the 50% bonus. This probably means that there are a lot of ICO hunters on board which will dump their coins shortly after Decent hits the first major exchange.

Quite a large number of BTC invested, hopefully this will not turn out like Waves ICO and be massively oversold!

I'm actually hoping for this, so let them dump. I don't have any more Bitcoins to invest, before Decent I invested in another ICO, and hopefully that will give me back more than I invested, and in turn by cheaper when this coin hits the exchanges. I could end up getting them cheaper than the 50% bonus.

I have a real good question, when will it be annonouced how many of these coins are going to be sold? Because of my approximation it's already approaching 50million Mark, if they over sell the amount and keep letting it go until the end, that will most likely put a threshold on the long term value possibilities of the coin.

It's a difficult situation. The more money raised in the ICO, the lower the token price when it hits exchanges, but the more capital the developers have to develop their product. I invested because I feel there is a growing urgent need for censorship-resistant content distribution (like a YouTube replacement). If the ICO is undersold, hopefully there will be some token trading opportunities at release. However, if it becomes oversold then hopefully the extra capital would enable the developers to push a product out faster, enabling the price to organically rise through user uptake.

You will get is a fixed amount of DCT per BTC, so the value of DCT will remain constant during the ICO. The risk of an oversold ICO is low because oft the bonus malus system of the ICO.

The Waves ICO is a perfect example of an oversold ICO. I'm hoping that doesn't happen with Decent!

I hope so too, don't get more than 6k-7k btc fund, or it will be oversold. The ico structure is bad design, the latter, the less investors.
