How are the coins distributed when the ICO is finished? Are they sent to the BTC addresses that we sent from? Or will there be a feature within the dashboard where you can specify your DECENT address or what?

Most likely they will distribute the coins in your ICO account, then they will add a withdrawal option in the dashboard and automatically send them to your DECENT address.

in ICOs many people are waiting...and then buy in when the ICO is about to end. I have seen that many times.

sometime it happens. but it is not a trend. it is up to the on going ICO. investors want to see how the ICO is going. and at the end when they see the ICO is being successful then they invest. and when they see ICO is failed they won't invest. so a successful ICO will bring lots of investors in final days.
in the time of Decent I think ICO is almost successful. raising 5000BTC is a great thing.

Hi, I'd like to know- do I need 20 posts to qualify for the weekly stakes or do I automatically qualify since I'm carrying the tag and I'm a jr member?

you need minimum 20 posts in during the whole campaign.. the campaign is running for 3 months. so if you joined early I don't think you need to worry. but if you join recently then make sure to make at least 20 posts before the ICO end.

You can still participate in ICO campaign. Iconomi will launch within few days and if you manage to collect some profits from icn,don't forget to invest some of your money into DECENT. This project has real usable product,so best chance for you.
