Looked at your pool stats and I note that the payout does not tally with the mining calculator at etherscan.io
100 MHps is calculated to pay just over 5 ETH per day but your contributors seems to be achieving about 3+ ETH only.
Maybe I am interpreting it wrong...

Try it for 24h and report back - my calcs were/are based on etherscans source, I will check it again as soon as I have some time.

I have been using suprnova for a while and I am geting 20.5 Eth on 430 MHps exactly inline with calculations, so I can vouch for the efficiency.  Also, it is returning 5-10% more with the bonus over dwarf, where i got 19.5 Eth in the same time with the same power.

Edit: dont be fooled by pooleths +25% offer even with the bonus its no better (and possibly worse) than suprnova due to no stratum etc.

Thanks for your props, I really appreciate, I'm working hard on the pool.

I've updated the High Diff Port to make it more usable for medium-sized rigs/proxys as well. You should be seeing more shares per minute now.

It is good to hear from a real user. Thanks. Will definitely try it myself. Having issues with one of my rigs which is occupying my time.

It should work with that.

--opencl-device 0,1,3 for example should not be using device nr 2

I have had this problem as well, the documentation says that should work however i have never been able to get it to work like that on my rigs.

However what might help is if you want to disable 0 if you set --opencl-device 1 then set the number of threads to 1 less than the number gpus it will start with 1 and then not use 0.  At least it does on my machine, but if you are trying to lock out any other except 0 I don't know any way to do it.

High Diff Port can also be used for larger Rigs, not only Proxy's:

http://eth-high.suprnova.cc:3000/suprnova.1/500

"normal" ports:

https://eth.suprnova.cc:3000

https://eth-us.suprnova.cc:3000 (US based)
https://eth-apac.suprnova.cc:3000 (ASIA based)

You can use sammy's "stratum" proxy on all Suprnova ports.

Is there a way to mine from behind a firewall using the proxy? I've always mined through port 80, but now I get RPCon error after trying to use the proxy method?

Hi !

Sorry I just noticed there was an error on the Port 80, you can use

http://eth-us.suprnova.cc:80 for now, fix for the old 80-eth is underway and should be okay in a few hours.

@dygus:
I've asked rigs.online if you can use the proxy.. Did you try it already ?

You have configured a backup upstream server in your proxy config which you need to disable if you don't have "geth" running on your local machine (127.0.0.1)

Look here:

https://github.com/sammy007/ether-proxy/blob/master/config.example.json

That config.json should be in your proxy directory.

Remove the

      {
         "name": "backup",
         "url": "http://127.0.0.2:8545",
         "timeout": "10s"
      }

part completely OR replace it with sammy's pool which will give you failover if suprnova should be down:

      {
         "pool": true,
         "name": "EuroHash.net",
         "url": "http://eth-eu.eurohash.net:8888/miner/YOURWALLETADDRESS/proxy",
         "timeout": "10s"
      }

I think i'm doing it correctly now? Besides backup pools, what other benefits are there?

Correct, now everything looks good.

Hmm, I don't think there are any other benefits.. You just have safety that your rig won't be idle in case the main pool goes down.
