You mentioned badges, keytags... but you did not mention what everyone is using everyday - Shirts. I would like to see a Bitcoin related shirts being giveaway. I recently saw a Bitcointalk thread about Bitcoin T Shirt. Maybe you can contact him or her (or other desginer) to sponsor the shirts to be given away.

I hope your upcoming CoinFest UK 2016 will be a successful one. Smiley.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

I am making plans for CoinFest UK in 2016 and am looking for good giveaway items like: Bitcoin badges, keytags, stickers, printed items etc.

Does anyone have any links to giveaway goods like these they would like to see at a Bitcoin / Crypto event?

How about if you print and give out paper wallets with a few satoshis in 'em?

Good idea! Maybe custom CoinFest styled paper wallets Smiley

I was thinking T-Shirts - I am currently looking for someone to produce a custom run for me (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1156266) but not found one yet. I could get some online for the event as these would probably just have the CoinFest UK logo and BTC logo.

Thanks!

At CoinFest Colombia 2015, they made blockchain ID cards and used them as attendee cards. You could scan the QR code and see stuff about them.

Thanks. Do you have any examples of them? Does this mean attendees will have to pre-register.

I think he was registering them at the event itself. I'll ask--he can email you details, if you want.

I was thinking a good idea may be to list all the UK businesses that accept Bitcoin, to give visitors the idea of the scope of people who accept Bitcoin.

It could document address, web address, if they are online or a physical shop.

We are already on the hunt for one. We have a few further avenues to follow that may give us a ATM for a few days

USB sticks with a wallet pre-installed. Everybody loves USB sticks, will draw a lot of attention. May be a little expensive though.

I would like to see some of those Stress balls ---> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress_ball with " Mark Karpelès testicles " printed on it... but make sure to make it tiny.  Roll Eyes

Or a T-Shirt or two, with the following printed on it... " I am Satoshi " or " BitCoin CEO "

I hope all this fork fuckery will be sorted out by then... We need a CoinFest with a bit of Oemf! ....Good luck with the arrangements.. See you there.  Grin

I think the best giveaway you can give for Bitcoiners is Bitcoin. Look at the IBM "its raining Bitcoin" thing that they did, it was a massive success. So get a decent giveaway of Bitcoin going and you'll keep people going back every year.
If you can't afford this its understandable tho but it just works lol.
