Difficulty must go down since Nicehash is hacked...

Nicehash is primarily for mining Altcoins, if that Hashpower switches to Bitcoin due to the hack it should rather go up.
The estimated next difficulty is atm + 15,89 %

Difficulty must go down since Nicehash is hacked...

Nicehash was mainly used for smaller/newer altcoins. Established coins like ETH or Zec were not that affected from their downtime, but coins like Zen or Electroneum saw their nethash dropping.

BTC diff will not really go down unless we go into a big bear market which would pretty much also be the end of altcoin mining unless you mine the coins with a loss.

Hi guys,

Just found out what's hashflare is and for now I don't really find if it is a good investment or not. From what I've understood, putting a small amount isn't profitable due to the fact that it takes to much time to reach the minimum amount to withdraw.

What if I made a purchase of let's say 450 dollars ? (sha-256), it would give me 3000Gh and according to coinwarz I would be able to break-even after 57 days ?

Any advice ? I'm completely new to this I admit  Smiley

Hashflare has been around for years, and even though people are screaming scam at them, they have been paying out since they started and have proof of mining on their Facebook page. People get paranoid when it comes to cloud mining because of how easy it is to be a fake cloud mining provider aka ponzi scheme. Hashflare charges $0.35 for every th/s daily. One th/s = 1,000 gh/s. So, for your investment of 3 th/s, they would charge $1.05 a day in fees. With these numbers, you would pull in ~$45 a week after they take the maintenance fee.

$45 a week is $180 a month. You would break even in around two and a half months if today's market conditions stayed the same. Bitcoin's difficulty re-adjusts (and usually goes up) every two weeks to compensate for all of the new miners joining the network. Another reason why you would break even so quickly is because Bitcoin's price is skyrocketing. If it was to crash, so would your earnings. If you think Bitcoin will not crash within the next 2-3 months, go for it. Go with your gut! And always, never invest more than how much you are willing to lose.

It is just about the question if mining pays off over the next 12 months.
With a rising BTC-Price it defnitly won't, as the difficutly follows the price.
The difficulty keeps the block time to mine a block at 12,5 minutes, ofc people can afford more gear when price has gone up, but thats not the reason.

The price is not a function for difficulty

I have bought 485 T/H for 4.98 BTC. I paid with BTC. My order says timeout, I have contacted to the support but it has been 2 days that I haven't heard anything from them. Since it's a large amount im pretty worried. Order #5104076. When I track my BTC transaction, it says hashflare has received it.I have sent a Screenshot of my transaction confirmation as well as a link to track the transaction. Still nothing. I have been trying to figure out how to make the process faster. I have about 75k out up in the air and I don't know what to do. Please help Admin.

Patience is the key here... It can very well take over a week to answer cause of the huge queue.
Friend 1 had 2 emercoin payment timeout problems on thursday 9 days ago and both problems got solved yesterday.
Friend 2 purchased 8TH/s on wednesday 29 nov. with wire transfer and as stated in the e-mail he had to confirm the purchase to them. The e-mail stated, it could very well take up to 7 days to get the hashrate.
While he was waiting for a reply, his hashrate got already activated 2 days after the wiretransfer but they still replied him 2 days ago to confirm the activation.

I'm pretty sure your problem will get solved to, fingers crossed Smiley

Hello guys,

I hope someone who works at hashflare can see this. I have ordered 4.1 TH/S just last week, and the order was pending because it required for me to get the verification number from the online statement which I did not receive even though I received a visa text confirmation but it was not the 4 digit code hash flare required.

The order was still pending, and then I got the 120 minute confirmation message. A day went by and the order got cancelled, and now I have just found out that I have been charged, well not charged but hashflare is holding my money as my bank has told me.

I have sent 2 tickets regarding this matter, and still no reply. I understand that it was the weekend, but surely some sort of assurance can be asserted. I would not mind if they give me the hash rate I want, but if that is not possible without the statement confirmation then I would demand my refund.

Would be greatly appreciate if anyone can help me out please, the order is #4760942.

the same happened to me at Genesis, that was the last time i used a bank to transfer anything, they held my money for 7 days, its not Hashflare, they have a card provider that handles this, probably the reason it was cancelled is that the Bitcoin went up while the order was processed, better to use Bitcoin to handle orders, since its way faster than any bank, should be within 20 minutes for first confirmation, then you get your hash after that. I strongly say again, do not use credit card or bank, buy the bitcoin and use that.

You are right my friend. The bank has told me that hashflare provider has held the money, and until hashflare can confirm the refund, then they will release my money. I really, really wish I bought btc first before using my debit card. This process has really irritated me having to call the bank, and now waiting for the money to be refunded.

Do you know how long it will take for the money to be released back into my bank account/\?
7 bank days, no one has to release it, if they dont have valid order, its going to be released. Its an automated process.

So just to clarify, my bank is holding the money? Because I called my bank and they said hashflare has put it on hold, so what will happen now? And also 7 working bank days in Estonian time or the country that I reside in?

Its been like a week and still no refund im getting worried

The money has not moved, they are on hold for 7 bankdays, this means the maximum time the hold is in force, unless they provide a sale, the money is released, they have not moved, i dont know where the card transfer company is, its not Hashflare. The card processing company put a hold on the money and asks Hashflare if a sale is made, and they should proceed, since that will not happen, and the card processor, dosent report a sale to the bank, the money hold mechanism releases the money.

The bank can override this if they want, if the provider is a scam company for example, that there is reports that the bank know of, the will get booted from the system, and the money released sooner, but the banks dont bother with this if it is a legit company, they still earn interest on lending your money out anyway, and rather see you dont pay anyone with "your" money, which is never there anyway, since they give digital numbers to stare on, perhaps on a website... the money is already used for the banks internal revenue making, and lending.

Unless you send it or take via atm, there is no "money" in your account at all, its just digital numbers for show. In fact, the bank dosent even have the money, not more than 7 to 8 percent of the total depositors could get the money at the same time, if they try, its called "Bankrun" The system is called fractional reserving, and can be as low as 5% of the original deposit, the rest is gambled with for the banks own profit.

Banks are broke by default, cause they use fractional reserving, maybe thats why we sit here discuss Bitcoins.

Fractional reserving means they create money out of a press on a button, lend it out with interest and pump and dump everything bought and sold, including your government.

You can read up on this and more on my blog:
