24.02.2017 - I opened a ticket because my order was still pending status.
25.02.2017 - No answer from HashFlare. They canceled my order. No refund, I lost money...

HashFlare is SCAM!

Before you start making scam accusations, please consider that:
1, there is a weekend in between.
2, creditcard refunds do not show up instantly after a cancellation
(and 3, since it's a VISA, you cannot have "lost" you money, since you have a 180 buyers protection)

i don't get any email notification from them, your email used in hashflare probably leaked from some site you used the same email, happened to me before in my old email

if you want to start your own pool for script here is guide you can use

but not suggested until and unless you have good amount if hash or rig with you ..

if you using hasflare then you don't need to do any pool setup they have already reset pool where you can mine

Pools can be seen here: https://bitcoinchain.com/pools See how many blocks is that the pool found today and therefore adjusted pools on SHA-256 on HashFlare. Pools can set only once a day.

I signed up  & bought some SHA-256 on Sunday evening with my visa card.

My invoice number is 679665 and after being approved i got the following message
"Information: Your Purchase is pending, please allow up to 120 minutes for confirmation"

In my history it says the following
LPB transfer   05.03.17 19:31   Pending

Is there something else I now need to do?

Just a message to all those negative comments I had.

thanks to the continuing price increase in bitcoin, and despite the difficulty increase I am still pulling in 0.0022 daily from my initial investment.

This is only 0.0008 less than I was pulling in back in October.

...Im still very happy with Hashflare and excited that this could continue for some time to come...

That's a 26.66% fall in ROI in four months, very exciting.

This is getting ridiculous! I've ordered on 22 Feb 2017. My order wasn't approved and later cancelled. When I've reached out to customer service, I was informed that refund will be made within 48 hours. Well, I've been waiting for 14 days and I've not got ANY refund at all 

The customer service team has stopped responding to my emails, so here I'm. Posting in this thread as a last resort to get my refund processed. BTW; if anyone from Hash Flare cares at all about their customers and is interested to resolve this, then my order id# is 647072

Hey Its still paying now? I have many cloud mining which is no longer paying for now that is why I will not make believe for any sites given. I always get scam on mining of bitcoin. Hopefully I could find one that has good reputation to investors.

yes hashflare is still paying, im with them for about a year now and still no problem encountered plus with the reviews of some other member looks like they are a real cloud mining

I do think they are the most reliable one there is cause I have have seen many come and go but they have been around one of the longest so they seem to be the most stablest one's out there.
Being in Estonia makes them somewhat more reliable then others in bigger metrocized cities that are just doing it for a quick cash grab. While up and running before they decide to pull the plug.

Fifteen days has passed and I'm still waiting for this hashsuckerflare to refund my card. No reply from support, no support in this thread. No personal message, neither. Well, pathetic customer service to say the least. I'm checking with credit card company and last resort would be chargeback.

Im watching that price, for sure, but so far Im still very happy with Hashflare and excited that this could continue for some time to come.
Sure, I aint rich, but its good to see this floating in every day when others expected Hashflare to fall on its arse 12 months ago.
