Hi gues,

At the moment I can't give you an answer on your question. I've already send request to my colleagues from support team. We will get the answer asap.

hello how about proof of hash..? how much hashpower you have ?

Not sure what you asking for ?? as HashFlare is company and they have quite high hashpower ...i think you asking someone else not to hashflare
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

He is asking for their total hashrate in SHA-256 and Scrypt with proof of that.  The only numbers I have seen exactly are in a email dated 12/23/15...

Quote
We can proudly announce that during the first 9 months we have launched over 5 PH/s of SHA-256 and over 80 GH/s of Scrypt hashrate. Nevertheless, we have not yet reached our greater goals. Our plan is to expand further by implementing new datacenters and increasing our total hashrate multiple times.

But no "proof" of those numbers as far as mining addresses or pool worker speeds.  So it is really up to whether you believe those figures or not.

We have more than 5 PH/s at the moment. Right now we can not share more information about hashrate (proofs). We plan to make this information public asap.

"Hello,

This looks strange, thanks for noticing that. We will check everything on our side to see whether this is our issue or not. In the meanwhile we have made some calculations to find out whether your payouts were correct. In the result everything appears to be normal. You can check everything yourself using this calculator (for BTC). Please also use BTC-e market for your BTC/LTC value calculations.

If there are any other issues or questions - feel free to contact us".

Yes this would be very nice. And an instant withdraw feature with a custom fee, that can be entered by the user and is then used as the fee.

Hello,

We have made an investigation and found the source of the issue. It was resolved on Friday but until now the difference was small. Starting from the next payout the difference will stabilize and become normal. Thanks again for finding this issue and please write back if you find other problems on our side.
Best wishes,
Edgar

The block.io service which we use for withdrawals takes a commission fee in order to speed the transaction up. Otherwise you would have to wait up to 48 hours for a withdrawal to be confirmed within blockchain.

Currently it is not possible to set a manual withdrawal feature and I believe that this will not change anytime in the nearest future.

And some good news for our Spanish-speaking users, we have created topic on bitcointalk - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1320972.new

I had bought a small lifetime contract on August, 2015 and have already reached my ROI from that. So I am getting extra income from Hashflare now. Cheesy

Hi guys,

We are sorry for the delay.
Probably many of you have alresdy seen that note in panel:
On 12.01.2016, the payout calculation returned incorrect results. In order to restore the correct numbers, we have cancelled all unconfirmed withdrawals as well as reverted all balance and reinvest purchases for 12.01.2016. Subsequently we changed the payout values to the actually mined amounts.
If you have made any successful withdrawals before the issue was resolved, you may have a negative balance.

Sorry for possible inconvenience.
