Today is the 20th anyone with a shipping notice?
Shipping Per Bitmain "Batch one scheduled shipping date is in late September of 21~30. If shipping out 10 days later than the scheduled one, it won't be considered as delay." Thank you for the info. Since you are a newbie: Here is some info for you. In the past with preorders of the s-3 and s-5 they shipped out a few days earlier then the estimated date. I was hoping they would do the same here. This is why I asked if anyone had notice of shipping. right...I am pretty sure there are some people who are clicking the refresh button on their UPS page (using order # as the reference) at least once in 2hr  that's how we are usually being informed here... Yeah I think I did that with my round 1 s-3's last year. |

I agree with your thought, I have always ordered my miners UPS from Bitmain and never once had any issues with damage or delay coming to my commercial address. The FedEx option was slightly less expensive but my track record with UPS has been great and I have a daily account with them so I picked that option
UPS has been great for me as well, but I had to pay some high import fees when I received the unit ($10 CAD to have UPS broker the package into Canada, plus ~ $121 CAD for import fees). Have any of you guys in the States had to pay import fees on BITMAIN miners? I've heard from some people that they haven't had to pay any additional fees, might be a Canada-only type thing. There are no import fees or duty on miners to canada. you do have to pay GST/PST |

I noticed the S7 miner is now showing "SOLD OUT" on Bitmain. Wondering if that means they are getting them ready to ship and if after that if there will be a price change? That way with a few days or a week in-between shipping batch one and any price change it will keep us in batch one from complaining?

They actually used an extra week to confirm my payment, because they were on vacation. The only reason i paid with cash, was because I didn't have the BTC on hand that sunday, and I were afraid they were gonna get sold out. Its actually cheaper buying with btc.. I hope you are wrong! |

For them to be sure about a bank transfer it takes a day sometimes more. Of course it does. But if its the case that orders paid with BTC gets prioritized over Bank-wire, it should be stated somewhere. If I knew that, I would have canceled my bank-wire order that monday, and paid with BTC instead. IMO they should ship orders according to the timestamp on your order, not when they got around to confirming the payment. They confirmed my payment 06.09, I sent it 31.08. I created a ticket at Bitmain to get an answer on this subject. Hopefully I won't need to charge my laser..  |
