I'd go for long term investment though. If I'm just earning my btc through the signature campaign to which I'm having fun as well. I would just make use of it by investing on coins that are very notable and hold them for good. Currently I'm holding good coins such as Waves, ETH and DAO.  there are lot more which has potential really so once i get to have bags of them, I'll buy some other coins as investment.

Most of the investment are scam especially ponzi, so if there is a person come and say he can double your coin dont believe him, for me the best way to earn is trading alt coin, but you need time and skill to analyze the price movement.

Apart from the scams, there are plenty or good investments. I for one trade altcoins, promising altcoins and the ROI is very good.
If you are into it make sure to invest what you can afford to lose, because yes it is risky.

I can tell you most profit i made till today has been with the altcoins. Bitcoin is the real deal, but for profit you need to look at the altcoin market.

Otherwise, you can lend your coins on this forum only with proper collateral which you can quickly dilute it in the case of load defaulted. You can also consider investing some of your coins in some good reputed and trusted casino bankroll to earn a good profit over the time. Risk is in their and naturally part of bitcoin ecosystem, and without risk we cannot earn so thats why we need to be carefull of those since it was a reminder for us to be watchfull for our money so it wouldn't be lose in single blink of an eye so for those suggestion mentioned aboved i trully believe that only trading is the best investment platform where we can earn money really and it need patience,time and effort so we can earn money with it.

While trading does involve risk, you could always minimize it and keep constrained. I'd rather argue that the best policy, nevertheless, should necessarily include trading some part of your bitcoin stash. In this way, you are insured to a degree from a possible Bitcoin collapse should that actually occur. Losing some of the profits (in case Bitcoin continues to grow) is not the same as losing value for all your bitcoins at once (in case the price goes down)...

What you said is perfect just by holding and sitting on the bitcoin will not be good if all of them start to do this, you can do trading with half of the bitcoins you are holding so that if their is any correction of bitcoin price in the market then you can be able to ripe that correction and buy back your sold bitcoin in low as like this you can also decrease the price of holding the bitcoins and get benefited.

Bitcoin is my main investigate since a long time. At this point it makes more sense to hold you coins then to trade, because trading brings stress.
And let's face it, the price of bitcoin did go up quite a lot.

This kind trade only can be done one time only.

If you do this in  short term it can not be the best investment . But if you make it as long term investment you can rely on bitcoin , as currently the price still growing .

It depends on the price rally. You can't do it once of course. There are lots of price rally that happens in bitcoin so still you can make a big bucks out of short term investment. Traders are not a fanatic of holding too much. They are always waiting for a rally when they want to do some actions in their coins and making sure they will able to ride that wave.

do your own research and take an action to choose which one altcoin you want to buy as investment also another good option , you can done this in short term for a new launched coin .

and you can make it long term if you choose a popular alternate coin like litecoin,dogecoin or ethereum.

Gold remains stable for long term whereas in bitcoin you can make good profits within short period, if you have good skill and knowledge you can trade and obtain best profits.
