Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I have noticed with this News that the price is way down. Why? because I think someone is purposely pulling the price down to buy as much orange as they can before a huge pump. Sadly this is both good and bad.

There wasn't much buy support to begin with, and there isn't much sell pressure either, but as I always say: I'm not concerned with the price, as long as we are on an exchange. An exchange and an explorer are the two main infrastructure tools we need, and we have them. It's up to us as a community to build more web-based infrastructure for usage, investment, or other purposes; alongside wallet development. |

Soop sounds pretty stoked from the post. And he's a man of his word, and he has even stated that personally.
This is huge! The ALGO will secure the wallet transactions better and faster transactions possibly, if implemented correctly.. From what I am grabbing from the post.... Still Proof of Stake, just better again ALGO more opportunities, a well as services the most important.
Also fyi, Shapeshift.io is preparing to convert any coin to btc.
