League A:
Group 1: Germany, France, Netherlands
Group 2: Belgium, Switzerland, Iceland
Group 3: Portugal, Italy, Poland
Group 4: Spain, England, Croatia
groups 1 and 4 are very interesting!
-the 4 winners of the groups will participate in the final-four the UEFA Nations League trophy in June 2019
-the last classified of each group will be relegated to League B

Group 2: Russia, Sweden, Turkey
Group 3: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Ireland

Group 2: Hungary, Greece, Finland, Estonia
Group 3: Slovenia, Norway, Bulgaria, Cyprus

I think it's not very important tournament for Division A team, because probably most of these teams will reach EURO 2020 through Qualifiers. Well, but they will have chance to test younger players, still, it's better than boring international friendly games. One team from each league will qualify to Euro 2020 through this tournament, so, it's great chance for smaller national teams. But it's hard to imagine team from league D playing in European championship.
