I just played on the main .005 playground and the lag got so bad that it just froze. The timer still counted down to zero, but my balls weren't moving at all. Once it went to zero nothing happened, it just stayed frozen for 10 minutes. I refreshed but I lost my coin
Please upgrade your servers, or at least have one dedicated to each playground, you're already facing capacity issues. And if people loose their game because of lag they'll be turned off by the game and not play.
See my previous post for server service suggestions.
Hey BitcoinArbiter,
i checked the servers and all graphs are looking positive.
They are big enough for the load it needs right now and also for 5 * more visitors and players.
Also the game is in a way coded that the most work needs to get done by the client itself.
What are the specs of your computer? Is it a desktop or laptop? I was online the most time last night and did not see any problems.
What you can try is:
The rendering of the food icons can become laggy on slow computers if there is a lot of stuff on the screen. You can easily test this by disabling 'show skins' in the options.
Did anyone else had problems yesterday? If yes let us know so we can find out what the problem could be.
