when you check the signature, be sure to include the "b" bbcode tags around the username, email, and date.

Exactly. I think that I have sent him 2 or 3 PMs and have never received an answer. However, I know that theymos is extremely busy and I chose not to bother him (since my situation is not that important compared to yours). OP you could try contacting BadBear, maybe he has more time on his hands. Also, just because theymos is online from time to time, that still does not mean that he is ignoring you (on purpose).
