If Bitcoin is considered as MONEY, then definitely people will use it while trading may it be for any thing like body parts as well. There are many people who need money in an emergency and selling or buying kidneys will be an option for them but I doubt they'll use bitcoins rather than REAL CASH.

No it should not be used to buy human body parts.
BTW you should also have added a poll to your post too, it would have been convenient for us to see the results.

NO. Human body parts and organs should be donated only. IMHO poor fellows that are in a waiting list for an organ transplantation must have a chance to survive.
EDIT: Also to stop this kind of sell activities that promote criminality, like kidnapping of inocent people that they will be killed in order to sell their organs in black market, a patient that needs an organ transplantation should not try to buy one. By buying an organ to save your life you condemn another innocent person to death. The selling or buying of organs is immoral, doesn't promote the spirit of humanity and is illegal in many countries.
Hypothetical situation. Your wife or your child needs a vital organ replacement and has been given 24hrs to live. With a donation only system there would be less chance of a matching replacement being found within the timeframe. Now I find the whole organ harvesting thing as ghoulish as anyone but when it comes to my family I can't be a saint. We all want life. 😇

I want anything I can do with fiat to be able to be done with bitcoin, regardless of the item, because that means I still have freedom with my money.

If it is done the right way as you stated 'legit docs and market places etc, I believe it should be allowed with Bitcoin of course. But, money/bitcoin will soon corrupt shady docs and markets working together on some dodgy schemes/scams would soon show their ugly self.

I think they should be donated, but not sold. When money enters the equation, there always appear people to get it the criminal way. Also, getting crime out of the possibilites, the organs would go to those who have more money. It is not right, as something so valueble should be a gift. You cannot really pay for it.

If you cannot buy organ parts with Bitcoin, strictly speaking it would not be a currency..... because you should be able to buy anything with Bitcoin that you can buy with any
other currency. Would it be good for the community if it is associated with illegal trade of body parts... most certainly YES... and we do not want that. On the other hand, if you
could pay with Bitcoin for legal organ transplant ... Why not?

Also many times the black market dealers to overcome the morale objections of the patient present to him a fake story like "Samuel" and sell to him the organs of a killed innocent victim instead. If all of us become organ donors and no patient agrees to buy one, the black market will disappear and the timeframe for a transplantation would be very good. EDIT: Also i don't want to strengthen the accusation that the bitcoin is a means to support illegal activities.

I wouldn't like it very much at all....don't think anyone in their right mind would. A world full of consenting organ donors is an ideal we can work towards, unfortunately I don't see it happening anytime soon.

NO!!! look , if the human body parts and organs will be bought, using bitcoins. it will be so easy and very comfortable to some people. especially the bad guys. and this will be not so good. maybe after that happen anyone and whoever wants to sell or buy body parts and organ will just freely buy here. this will put negativity to bitcoins and it industry.

So according to you, everyone who is suffering from an organ failure is a bad guy? Organ trading needs to be legalized, as not enough organs are being donated voluntarily. Hundreds of thousands of people are dying every year as a result of lack of donor organs. If organ trading allows at least some of them to live, then I am all in for it.

So: say eventually I'd like to upgrade to bionic limbs. If there were a market for real limbs it could help offset the cost. Did I get the moral of this right? Seems harmless enough.
If I could get IOT enabled bionic legs that mine btc as I walk... Let's just say... "Hand me that skill saw!!!!"

Let's make it interesting... We all or rather let's say most of us agree... trade of illegal body parts for Bitcoins should be illegal.... right? ... The organ known for having the longest waiting list, seems to be the Kidney. Most humans have two of them and can live with one of them. Let's say your child suffer from kidney problems and have to receive daily dialysis, and have a low life expectancy.. say 1 year. Will you consider buying a kidney from someone {legally} with consent... ? {Remember.. we not saying illegally} If you are faced by these kind of questions, most people will do anything to help their child or even themselves. Still... illegal trading with or without Bitcoin is wrong, but the different scenarios have merit to do it legally.

trade of illegal body parts for Bitcoins should be illegal.... right?
I disagree. In many places, trading kidneys is illegal but I honestly think that the trade should be made legal (regardless of the medium of exchange employed). Will you consider buying a kidney from someone {legally} with consent... ? {Remember.. we not saying illegally}
Sure. Still... illegal trading with or without Bitcoin is wrong
I disagree. To me: Illegal trading is illegal. Immoral trading is wrong. I don't think that illegal things are automatically wrong. but the different scenarios have merit to do it legally. I believe so, but the only place I know of where it is legal to do this is Iran. For those that don't live in Iran the scenario you described simply don't apply. Coincidentally, Iran doesn't have a kidney shortage (so no waiting list) and basically all other countries do. I wonder how many people here think that the people trading kidneys in Iran are doing evil. Perhaps trade sanctions should be imposed to encourage Iran to mend its wicked ways and implement kidney waiting lists.

Laws making harvesting of body parts mandatory for accidental deaths would save a lot more people. Some people might get offended, but at least you won't have organized rackets coming up.
