Do you really think that a lot of ICO money will still be available after 6 months or so? BTC isn't trading at $1000 anymore. 5 BTC in November 2013 is something like 25 BTCs now.
To make it pretty easy:
3 BTC needed for listing on Trex, or if you run the ICO there it cost already 7.5 BTC.
ICO on Yobit, cost 10% + 3 BTC for listing on Trex, agian that is already a nice 4 BTC that is gone and you even didn't started.
Asking a professional website + domain etc, another 5 BTC already gone.
So i certainly don't want to call it a retirement project. As i said if i'm still in profit after 6 months then it will be a good achievement.
Yes, it will be a retirement project for coins like GRID, DIBS, DIGS, etc. Those coins from crowdsale.io, from that scam group, those can retire. but i have put my name against the coin, i cannot just run away with the ICO money, if i would like to do that then i have to make a coin with a newbie account and then runaway.
So stop the creap about retirement project.
1. 1 BTC for Yobit ICO
2. 3 BTC to get it listed on Bittrex
3. 5 BTC for website + domain etc
4. 50% buy wall, so maybe 50% being dumped too... so not a ICO of 20 - 30 BTC but one of 10 - 15 BTC.
Oeps, 10 BTC, and i already have to spend 9 BTC.... where do you see the retirement? 1 BTC left? To spend hours and hours of promotion, i would more say working for a slave wage, that is more likely.
People really need to start thinking before they talk bullshit here.
100% agree if you launch a scam coin then you only have that 1 BTC cost and all the rest is in the pocket, but that doesn't work with Hero Members etc.
As i said, if i will be still in profit after 6 months then i will be pretty happy.
