Well, network is indeed slow, and that is explainable... The coins were sent in a single transaction to each investor, and if investor did not divide coins manually, his whole amount is just a single input, which could generate just one block before staking again. The number of investors is not very big (less than the number of confirmations required for coins to stake again), so all together they can barely move the network. That's why it is slow. Would be useful for someone to split his inputs (especially big investors) and stake coins. Otherwise the network will remain slow, though it could become better with time, as people moving the coins around EDIT (important): However if the number of staking inputs currently is not be enough (is less than 70 - and that is highly possible), we would need some PoW blocks to move the network further until it is able to sustain itself with PoS... Unfortunately I suspect that could be the case (as we still have just 44 PoS blocks, but need at least 70, for coins to stake again... To fix this a hardfork could be needed (to either decrease the number of confirmations needed, or add more 0-sized PoW blocks)... Lets see, I hope my assumptions will not be confirmed, and the network will be able to move itself... One thing is for sure - we need everybody to stake now, to be able to move the network!

What is the block time and minimum stake age?
unsigned int nTargetSpacing = 60; // 60 seconds unsigned int nStakeMinAge = 24 * 60 * 60; // 24 hours unsigned int nStakeMaxAge = 30 * 24 * 60 * 60; // 30 daysSo block time is 1 min, and min stake age is 1 day. But that is irrelevant, as soon as there are not enough staking wallets/inputs, and number of confirmations is set to 70 (decreasing it could be a solution, for example set nCoinbaseMaturity to 30).

Aye, looks like a fork is needed. Tried to withdraw some from exchange to stake (on top of what was already staking), but nothing is getting confirmed due to chain is not moving at all..

The chain will only move when there are POS blocks found. People need to keep staking, maybe i will consider decreasing the staking age then faster POS blocks are being generated.

Let me look into it, the coin is working, but ... not enough blocks to stake at the moment.

Not sure min coin age and block time is irrelevant - it defines the problem. 1440 min blocks per day - 70 blocks till accepted Need sufficient coin blocks staking to move chain.
POW moves chain until sufficient number of mature blocks to move chain without POW. # of coins divided by 1440 = average block size for chain to move.
But 1st you need mature blocks. If everyone used large block sizes then, may need to split blocks to get more blocks
400,000 coins divided by 1440 = 233 coins in average block

I cann't split coins into smaller block, because still staking

Everyone needs to understand that without point of work - the POS moves the chain. With small total number of coins, need small POS blocks

Yep, the coin blocks (the correct name is "coin inputs") should be divided to smaller ones, so the blockchain can move with PoS.
But currently it is impossible, as almost every block in every wallet is stuck in staking. This situation should be resolved first.
I see three possible solutions:
1. Add new PoW blocks. This will require new wallet and hardfork. 2. Decrease the maturity level from 70 to 40-50 (set nCoinbaseMaturity to 30-40). This will need new wallet, not sure about hardfork. 3. Ask Yobit to close withdrawals for a while and stake their wallets for a day or two. They have a lot of coin blocks (inputs), so can generate a lot of blocks. This way the blockchain can move, so people can divide their inputs, to stake better.
Another option is to wait and see if this resolves itself (hoping someone will open their wallet and stake the coins up to block 2070 at least)...
Placebo what do you think of it...? Which method you think is preferable? Or do you see other solutions?

I will lower maturity level and lower staking age so that more POS will be triggered. Working on it now.
