You did good by not accepting trading with him otherwise he would definitly scam you , do you mind giving more informations about this ? (Skype conversation , his profile link , screenshot where he gave you his skype etc .. )

He already seems to have a negative feedback for trying to scam, wonder why you wanted to deal with him while there are many trusted people here. And what are you trying to warn us against again? No-proof, just a word from a newbie telling someone is a scammer, even a guy who already has a negative rep. , is worth none of my time as well.

This is the same guy as klomann , He is a known my balls your face scammer.

That guy was same , and when i paid him first , he blocked me on skype.
He showed me proof of admin and its same account that of the Scammer.

I AM 100% SURE THAT IS KNOWN SCAMMER , AND YOU WILL KNOW , I MEAN IT.

Post some chat logs and proof with your interaction with Thestinkingguy; otherwise, your claim is invalid. Innocent until proven guilty.

Personally, I think that you attempted to scam the OP because of your loss from Klomann but this of course can be proven otherwise if you provide the proof stated above.
