I have tried some lotteries in the past but I have never won anything at all. so as a result I feel like the odds of winning a lottery is far lower than any sort of other gambling games. and in order to increase the odds I would have to buy more and more tickets which means spending (investing) more and more money.
so and in case of losing I would lose a lot of money.

I have been playing for 5 years national lottery and sometimes EuroMillion lottery but didn't succeed to win some big prize yet.I am quite hopeful to hit big prize someday.It is gambling but I don't consider it loss as one day I will take back not only my spent money but also profit too.

I stopped playing my national and provincial lotteries (canada) because the expected return is so low... 50% house edge is crazy and even less if you never win big.  The Bitcoin lottery idea is much better because of a low house edge but it doesn't offer retirement types of top prizes. Biggest win on a national lottery $50.

Never had a luck of hitting some decent prizes in our national lottery but until now Im still joining the lottery couple of times a week. I always got win the smallest prize which is the same price as buying one ticket. Hope can hit the jackpot someday although for a low chance.

In bitcoin lottery my only known lottery is the freebitco lottery which Im really not expecting to win from that. I have an automatic ticket every draws because of my referrals so no effort at all. If I win then much better.

The bad thing at loteries we play or played is there is only big reward to get the full numbers 5 numbers in a total of 7 is what ?70%  of the possibility to earn soo the reward should be bigger.One thing i know is instead a huge prize of 20 milions it should be lower and best shared ,this way gamblers would keep motivated to play even making a 10 dollars profit ,and would keep reinvesting dreaming the big prize.

well on lottery there is no strategy involved..

we just buy ticket wand waiting for winning..as we playing with other player not against the host..

Welll stated the loteries can make anyone that plays become rich but as you said without administration they end to back where they were or worse,usually who wins such prizes start to spend like there is no tomorrow.

I used to gambling at loteries i may say i didnt risked a lot money usually i spended 2 euros up to 5 euros weekly,meaning 20 euros montly,but well i had won some prizes but in the end i may say for personal i lost much more money then earned at this.Soo why people keep buying?Word is facing financial problems but people keep buying these.. did you figured that already?There is some lotery of bitcoin online,where we can buy a ticket and be able to get the prizes ,i mean one trusted not a scam.

i did play lottery but when i felt that i am losing too much money, i stopped. its like the game is for people with a lot of money  who can buy a lot of tickets. just be careful not to get hooked with this gambling. my uncle is still playing lottery until now and havent won for like 20 years or longer

I hate lotteries due to lotteries in my country , here the government is making a lot of money by selling lottery tickets
I don't know if it's the same in every country , but here (the house edge) is ridiculously big which makes gambling on any other game is way better
