Win chance will depend on what kind of lottery game you play . if you play 6/49 digit then there is only a 1 percent chance that you will win because there are too many combinations  but if you play 2 or 3 digit the chances of winning is verry high .

And yes lottery can be considered as a form of gambling because you are using your money as bets .

You'll be surprised I guess if you meet a person who doesn't give a **** about lottery. Some people even hate it as according to them it doesn't help in teaching those who are in poverty level to work and find a job but instead rely on buying lottery tickets.

Once i had a neighbor that got to win the jackpot in local lottery and after that they move out to much better place and stablished a couple of businesses,now they are living very wealth

Investing a little money used to buy lottery tickets will be difficult in my opinion, because usually they will need big money for any type of investment and little money will tend to be used in gambling and if you are lucky at gambling with little money, then the profit you can use for something else.

Yes, lotteries are also a type of gambling because there is something we risk, albeit small, in the hope of getting a greater return. If we rarely do it, once a month for example, of course the lottery won't really affect our mindset. Lottery is defiantly a part of gambling but many people do not know it. Most people are involved in lottery in one way or the other and yet they say that they never gamble. Lottery is itself gambling and more than 80% of the people have played lottery in their life.

But you could try it once or trice in a month, or even just the sweepstakes, it doesn't really cost you too much and make you out of your budget, it's simply affordable and the chances if winning is even higher than the big buckets of lottery,

I tried these many times, and I somehow managed to win some of the prizes, it's still fun though, but as much as the main games of gamblings it can also lead you to addiction, so its better to play it once or twice, or make it on every salary, just to have yourself enjoy.
