Someone was sending a message.
Anyone with probability knowledge to tell how is this possible.

It seems the article you quote contradicts your statement rather than confirming it.

It says that the same numbers were drawn on 6th and 10th, but different ones were drawn on 7th and 8th.

It seems to me that there's about a 1% chance each year of having the exact same draw happen twice within a 1 year period:

Actually, I think the chance of a certain combination of 6 numbers to be drawn out of 49 is about 1/14,000,000 so I guess the chance for the exact same combo to be drawn twice is much less than that. So nowhere near 1%...

I am going to have to agree that it's nowhere near one percent.The math: 49*48*47*46*45*44/!6 = 13,983,816, so 1/13,983,816 = 0.000007% chance of hitting any one set of numbers which is a considerable percentage less than 1% but the odds of hitting the same combination AFTER knowing that the combination already appeared is also 0.000007% because they are mutually exclusive events.

However, the odds of predicting that the combinations will hit twice in a row BEFORE there was a draw would be (0.000007%)^2 = 0.0000000000000049% which is a very small percentage indeed!

If you mean by winning in a local lottery: I won about 20$. I dont buy lotteries often because I would rather work harder and get more money or save the money I earnt for the future rather than hoping for a multi-million jackpot.
Regarding online lotteries: I dont trust them and in my opinion they are not fair, even if they can somehow proof it. I see many btc lottery sites and Im sure you will never get a 10000btc jackpot, even of you get it, the provider/lottery hoster will never send you that amount of money.

I'm confident classical lotteries all over the world are rigged. Just think about it; there's insane amount of money being turned there, and what - we're supposed to just trust them on their

I think it is very dangerous advice to give people to buy 20 to 50 lottery if you don't give some good working strategy. How much did you spend on that winning if you are spend 0.1 to get 0.1 it is no profit winning. If I can say you need to spend 0.05 only to win that so you still double your coin there. IF you spend more than 0.1 it is not worth then

Yes you got the point. Many people keep on buying lotteries continuously by spending more bitcoins. After some long time, they might win some bitcoin from lotteries. But they failed to sum up all the spending amounts. Fortunately if the buying amount is less than the winning amount, that would be great but mostly it won't be.
