Need help making a news site, paying $50 in BTC

I'm looking at getting a website that looks like a news site, with an easy-to-access panel (pref. wordpress) that I can log into and post articles through. I don't need a domain or a hosting provider as I already have that covered.

If you think you have the skills for this, send me a PM, and I will send you screenshots of some websites that have what I'm looking for and describe to you what I want.

most new site layouts are already available as wordpress themes... hardest part would be installing wordpress (not really that hard)
