I somewhat agree that there are many who avoid bitcoin because of some of the technical aspects of it and the fact that they may have to learn something new.  However, what I've witnessed over the years is that gamblers will go thru extraordinary lengths to get their money onsite.  In fact, I remember having to purchase phone minutes with my credit card then going thru a third party processor to get my money converted back to dollars just to make a deposit on Bodog  back in the day.  Bodog is now accepting bitcoin!

Its very difficult to make money off Gold right now. Unless you are planning on buying it and keeping it for the next 10-20 years. It rallied for a decade and now its bouncing in the middle. When it breaks $2000, that's maybe when to buy.
